Key Responsibilities: * Creates/Enters associate schedule into UltiPro * Check ADL books for signatures and completion of care * Check all med books and ensures that meds have been given, treatments completed, and all initials are complete if state regulations permit * Assembles resident records for new move ins * Ensures that Resident Services Assistants (RSAs) are completing state specific RSA regulatory tasks * Tracks service plans for- appropriate signatures * Coordinates family meetings with Resident Services team * Assists in interview and hiring process in conjunction with RSD- coordinate's interview, assembles paperwork, etc. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification: * Current Connecticut Certified Nurse's Aide License required * Experience with scheduling required * Medical Records or Medical Assistant certification preferred * Computer skills required- solid knowledge of MS Office * Possess excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task * Possesses knowledge about the assisted living philosophy * Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
