WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking an experienced program manager to lead a communications project with the United States Navy. This individual would ideally work in Millington, TN. This job is best suited for an individual with past experience working with the Navy and managing large communications contracts.
This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal. The interview process will be the same as our standard process, the offer letter (should we decide to move forward) will serve as a letter of commitment.
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as primary point of contact for client account and interface directly with the client
• Provide oversight and quality control of all products and project delivery
• Coordinate timelines and updates to products based on evolving policies and objectives
• Manage personnel and ensure quality across the project
• Respond to client feedback and incorporate changes into products and services
• Manage project budget
• Proactively bring issues and solutions to the client, anticipating client needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Expertise in digital marketing, public affairs, and/or social media strategy.
• Experience working with government or military organizations.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Millington, TN.
• Ability to travel across United States is required.
• Past Navy experience preferred, but not required.
• Applicants will be subject to a low-level government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to sensitive information.

Performs advanced respiratory care techniques, including but not limited to: invasive pressure monitoring, including ICP, pulmonary artery catheters, cardiac output determinations, administration of Nitric Oxide, and other gases. Assists physician in insertion of catheters as needed. Performs arterial blood gas collection through line draws or punctures.
Performs patient assessment and reassessment through observation of the patient, clinical data gathering, response to therapy and reports findings accurately making referrals to appropriate disciplines as needed.
Provides educational development through guidance and teaching and serves as a technical resource person to the patient, patient's family, physician, students and other hospital staff regarding respiratory care procedures.
Recognizes and reacts appropriately to environmental safety factors and performs preventative and routine maintenance on respiratory care equipment and instruments.

Evaluates treatment plan and patient's response to treatment. Re-assesses short-term goals as needed.
Identifies patient specific Physical Therapy rehabilitation learning needs and provides appropriate education for patients and their families. Assesses effectiveness of patient and family education. Documents learner response and outcomes of teaching.

Performs advanced respiratory care techniques, including but not limited to: invasive pressure monitoring, including ICP, pulmonary artery catheters, cardiac output determinations, administration of Nitric Oxide, and other gases. Assists physician in insertion of catheters as needed. Performs arterial blood gas collection through line draws or punctures.
Performs patient assessment and reassessment through observation of the patient, clinical data gathering, response to therapy and reports findings accurately making referrals to appropriate disciplines as needed.
Provides educational development through guidance and teaching and serves as a technical resource person to the patient, patient's family, physician, students and other hospital staff regarding respiratory care procedures.
Recognizes and reacts appropriately to environmental safety factors and performs preventative and routine maintenance on respiratory care equipment and instruments.
