Moore's Mission Statement
Integrating the science and humanity of nursing and other health disciplines, the betty irene Moore school of nursing leads innovative research, education and practice and prepares leaders who advance health, transform health care and ignite bold system change locally, nationally and globally.
I was hired for my experience in my field, then made to do tasks that had nothing to do with my job, yet saved the company money by not having to hire outside contractors to fix and update things because of my experience and certifications, yet was never given my 30 day, 60 day or 90 day reviews or raise. They have mandatory shut downs that leave you without pay if the office staff does not put your unemployment paperwork in. They lay off very often, they tell you that you get 30, 60, 90 day reviews but then don't do it, which is misleading because they start you at a lower rate giving you the impression that after 90 days you will be at full rate. A lot of giving expectations then no follow through.
