Supervise staff including overseeing personnel management, staff development and day to day agency operations. Oversee programmatic services and financial management. Act on behalf of the Executive Director in their absence. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field. Minimum of five years experience in a related field including preferably two years work experience in management and supervising staff. Minimum of two years experience working in the field of developmental disabilities. Prior experience in budget development and management is a plus. Knowledge of human resource management is preferred. Must be a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional. Job Qualifications: * People management experience. * Preferred 4-year degree plus 6 years of Food Safety experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. * Prior laboratory experience/knowledge of laboratory procedures and PCQI training. * Working knowledge of Document Management, spreadsheets, Excel, and databases. * Knowledge of applicable food regulations and requirements. * Ability to make decisions based on information and data available. * Ability to work as a team member and provide training.
