QUALIFICATIONS 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license in your state of residence. 3+ years of route delivery driving and backing with a box truck (hands-on, physically active role). Physical ability: Load trucks; lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly; push/pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly. English proficiency (spoken and written). Comfortable in 38-70°F warehouse temps and all outdoor weather. Able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching (shoulder height, waist level, and from the floor). Thrives in a fast-paced nighttime environment. Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, background check, and MVR (clean record: minimal accidents/tickets in past 3 years; no DUIs in past 5 years).
