Assist with resident assessments for pre-admission, admission, and ongoing assessments and implementation/updating of Resident Service Plans. Participate in care conferences and maintain regular communication with families and residents. Routinely make rounds of the community for compliance and ensure proper resident care. Ensure an attractive, safe, and sanitary environment is provided for residents, associates, families, and outside vendors. Serve as a member of the QAPI Committee as assigned. Audit and complete electronic health records. Serve as a member of the Administrative Staff with on-call responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates. Navigation Skills: Use written directions and GPS to efficiently navigate your route. Technology Use: Operate an electronic tablet to record delivered quantities and complete daily store check-ins. Tray Management: Collect empty trays from stores at each delivery. Training & Safety: Participate in required training, safety courses, and information meetings. Safe Delivery Practices: Apply proper set points for transport; perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues. Physical ability: Load trucks; lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly; push/pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly. English proficiency (spoken and written). Comfortable in 38-70°F warehouse temps and all outdoor weather. Able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching (shoulder height, waist level, and from the floor). Thrives in a fast-paced nighttime environment. Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, background check, and MVR (clean record: minimal accidents/tickets in past 3 years; no DUIs in past 5 years).
