Position Summary: Responsible for pick-up and delivery of shipments, parts, supplies etc. to support the local operations of the organization. Assist in daily warehouse functions. Primary Duties: * Pick up/deliver orders, parts and supplies to/from customers. * Communicate customer instructions and requests to the sales department. * Miscellaneous pick-up and delivery of shop supplies, parts etc. * Responsible for coordinating service and maintenance on delivery truck. * Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. * Verify incoming product & receive into system. * Allocate, distribute, pull/pick product in proper location. * Operate RF scanner, if required. * Package and stage materials or products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). * Ship products utilizing various methods from national carriers to customer vehicles. * Assist with inventory control and cycle counting. * Complete forklift/safety orientation course(s); operate forklift as needed. Basic Requirements: * Must be at least 21 years of age as driving is required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines. * Must possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. * Basic computer skills required skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience P21 a plus. * Ability to read and differentiate alpha/numeric characters and be attentive to details. * Mechanical background and forklift certification (applicable state certification) are a plus. Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Ability to sit, stand, walk and drive.
