The NeuroMedical Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and administer comprehensive HR operations for its organization. The NeuroMedical Center is a multi-site healthcare organization with nearly 250 employees. The Human Resource Manager role works with the Director of Accounting and Human Resources to ensure compliance with federal and Louisiana employment laws while managing recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, pre-employment screening, leave administration, workers' compensation, and disability claims. The Human Resources Manager partners closely with leadership to support workforce planning, maintaining accurate personnel and medical records, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive, compliant, and employee-centered work environment across all clinic locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job descriptions, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment screenings.
Conduct new hire orientation for all employees.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees by addressing employee relations matters and supporting disciplinary processes.
Plan and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, supplemental benefits, and leave programs.
Manage Workers' Compensation and unemployment claims, including hearings and required reporting.
Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Maintain required federal and state employment law postings across all clinic locations.
Act as the primary HR resource by responding to employee inquiries, completing employment verifications, and leading HR-related meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Preferred five (5) years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment; one (1) year required.
Experience with Paylocity a plus.

The Non-Government Accounts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of billing and Accounts Receivable activities for all non-governmental (commercial and managed care payers). Interacts with and advises department staff regarding billing and accounts receivables policies and procedures and serves as a liaison with other department representatives. * Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Business Administration, Management or Accounting. Degree may be waived with five years proven practical experience in patient financial services.

* Monitors billing edits and rejections, and ensures feedback is provided to the original owner so training, process improvement or real- time edits can be initiated.
