Janice Lane, LMSW, ACADCJanice Lane has been with CFI for eighteen years. In her current position as CEO she provides oversight of agency programs, general policy formulation, planning and guidance on treatment methodology. She has been a long time advocate of services for children and families and is currently focusing on disproportionality issues. Prior to her role as CEO, Lane oversaw CFI’s 18 programs as the COO, a position which she held for eight years. Lane has many years of experience in the human services field, and currently holds licenses for Licensed Master Social Worker and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She also serves on several community and state-based committees throughout the state of Iowa. Lane graduated from the University of Iowa with a Master of Arts in Rehabilitative Counseling, beginning her career at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines prior to coming to CFI

Vera Sansone is a Private Practice at Behavioral Healthcare Of Fredericksburg, President and CEO at CPC Behavioral Healthcare, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Private Practice in Psychotherapy and is based in New, Little York, New Jersey. She has worked as Asst. Chief of Services - CI/SHB at South Beach Psychiatric Ctr.. Vera studied at Stony Brook University between 1976 and 1978, Bishop Kearney High School between 1966 and 1970, and SUNY Empire State College between 1972 and 1976.

Kimberley Feeman is the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute. Previously, Kimberley was Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. Kimberley earned her degree in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University in 1993.

Diane has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health, offering more than 30 years of leadership experience at the acute, residential, and outpatient levels. She has worked in clinical services, operations and business development. Diane has a long history with Timberline Knolls as a national business development professional. She brings extensive industry knowledge and expertise to her role as CEO. During her eight-year tenure at Timberline Knolls, she successfully developed the East region and subsequently served as the Director of Business Development. Diane’s dedication led to both national and international growth, ultimately establishing Timberline Knolls as a highly renowned and respected program. Diane is passionate about women’s behavioral health and working with women and girls to find them the treatment needed to live healthy and productive lives. Diane has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Curry College and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College.
