If you are a Field Rep, you are viewed as the most expendable. Membership Reps will lie about their signs and it is up to you to save the sign every time or you'll have some explaining to do. The job also never stops, when you get home expect to work an additional 2-3 hours or more if a home calls you upset about their tv not working at 9pm. Show More

What Do You Like About Working There?

As an HR Business Partner every day is unpredictable, and therefore, you must be flexible natured. In a short period of time, I was able to develop my leadership skills, execution skills, strengthen communication with the ability work with C-Suite level, provide superior employee relations support and thrive in the various roles I held within HR. Having a culture that is inclusive of all people, backgrounds and experiences is what made me want to bring my best self to work everyday. The hardest part of my job is probably the ability to quickly absorb new processes and procedures that are rolled out and quickly engage your client groups, while juggling things like compensation planning, performance management, recruitment plans, international transfers, employee relations issues, RIFs, investigations, the management of office events, internship programs, leadership programs, etc. The most enjoyable part of my job was connections with people and client groups and knowing that at the end of the day, I helped, counsel employees and supported organizational-wide initiatives to support the growth and development of employees. In addition, working alongside of some of the most intelligent, fun and supportive people made all the difference! Show More

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Their is a lot of favoritism from upper management including certain religions and employees of that religion are usually the ones that get promoted. Upper management is horrible an they pretty much fire people for no reason at all. Show More

What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?
