The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) within the Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge (ERIK) seeks a Sponsored Program Coordinator to join our team.
The Sponsored Program Coordinator (SP Coordinator) position performs research administration functions for the Office of Grants and Contracts (OGC) under the supervision of OGC leadership and in collaboration with Sponsored Program Officers (SPOs).
The individual in this role will assist the OGC leadership and SPOs by coordinating the grants and contracts administrative job duties across OGC workloads. This includes paperless proposal and award files and new award review processes. Independently performs data entry and management activities in the Grants module systems. Provides proposal review, including budgets. Initiates post-submission proposal process (PA-005 transfers). Monitors financial status of research projects and provides reports, as required. Creates and processes sub-award agreements. Monitors and initiates project close-out process.
Provides staff leave coverage to SPOs and leadership and assumes responsibility for workload relief during high-volume periods. Works to build knowledge base in research administration and stays current on agency regulations, requirements, and policies. Provides high-quality customer service to the OSP research constituents and the University's research community. Assists and participates in staff training and Principal Investigator (PI) trainings. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of customer service experience.
At least one (1) year of administrative experience in a professional business capacity in any of the following: data entry and/or information management, compliance with policies and procedures, procurement, accounting, and financial management.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least one (1) year of experience with and knowledge of any of the following: federal or private agency sponsors, contract/grant regulations, and/or university policies
Experience with electronic research administration tools and systems.
Experience developing budgets and/or analyzing financial data.
Knowledge of research funds administration or business administration practices.

Additional Information:
The pay range for this job profile is $20.24 - $22.81 per hour. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on multiple factors including internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.

The Orthopaedic Program Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining the UMSJMC Orthopaedic Center of Excellence Program. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and management of care for the Total Joint and Spine Replacement Program at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center. This role also provides fiscal, staff and leadership accountabilities within the department.
Principal Responsibilities And Tasks

Using EBP, works with medical and program directors on maximizing the patient care experience, expectations, and outcomes through standardization of clinical patient readiness/optimization of care pathways. Participates in the development of Orthopaedic Practice Standards including pre-op, post-op, and discharge orders/instructions.
Searches for innovation and change, assisting in continual advancement of the program as orthopedic models of care evolve.
Facilitates development and delivery of patient education materials and programs specific to Joint Replacement and spine surgery.
Participates in marketing for service lines and community outreach events.
Collects, manages, trends, and shares data. Reports outcomes to facilitate improved standards of care. Develops and maintains scorecards on key processes and outcomes for patients. Leads process improvement using PDSA and other tools to model a culture of continuous process improvement.
Establishes a Joint and Spine clinical pathway and monitors and reports variances to appropriate departments.
Develops relevant performance improvement indicators to improve outcomes.
Maintains statistical data on all patients admitted to the Total Joint Replacement Program.
Participates in the Joint Spine Steering Committee and provides program updates and statistical outcomes.

Conducts and coordinates departmental in-services and meetings and serves as the liaison for Orthopaedic Program with other departments. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree, Required. Master's preferred.
Orthopedic clinical nursing experience (4 years).
Certifications & Licensures
CPR certification, required.

Educates patients regarding adequate insurance coverage. Understands applicable hospital and physician billing requirements and communicates the proper procedures and requirements to patients.
Communicates coverage issues to the service areas; works with patients and staff to resolve.

Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Turnitin is seeking a Manager, Strategic Educator Programs to create and lead initiatives focused on developing educator-centered engagement strategies that strengthen relationships, elevate educator voices, and champion effective teaching and learning practices across our global community. The role cultivates global partnerships with colleges, universities and leading educational communities; establishes research projects; develops learning resources; and leads educational initiatives with the Turnitin user community to uphold academic integrity and the responsible use of AI.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in educator engagement, customer experience, customer success, or program management roles, preferably within edtech or higher education.
Direct experience working with educators or within academic institutions leading to a strong understanding of the educator's role in technology adoption, pedagogy, and peer influence.
Creative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset; skilled in leveraging innovative models and emerging technologies (including AI, digital platforms, and learning analytics).

Additional Information
The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $97,350/year to $162,250/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based.

Oversees the Ohio Invention League and Invention Convention programming for the Northwest Ohio region
Build new and expand upon existing partnerships with teachers, schools and school districts
Works within the Education Department to develop and deliver teacher professional developments for both revenue generating and grant funded projects
Takes a leadership role in Imagination Station's Educator Advisory Committee
Manage grant funded projects, such as Engineering for Confidence
Actively participate in local schools' advisory committees
Train part-time team as needed
Ensure that programs are delivered on-time in a fashion that meets or exceeds Imagination Station's high standards for content delivery
Meet revenue goals related to program delivery and partnership development
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Education is preferred, or related experience in education, science or museum studies.
Background or interest in STEAM is preferred
Working knowledge of the Ohio and Michigan learning standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and efficient in time management
Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, creativity and flexibility while efficiently working with others
Comfortable presenting science curriculum to students and adults

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The academic coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing educational services for the Upward Bound Program, including academic and career advising, academic testing and college planning and placement in consultation with the program director and the assistant director for Upward Bound.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Develop and complete an individual educational plan (IEP) for each participant; monitor and make modifications as needed. (8%)
* Monitor, evaluate and plan curriculum for participants who have not passed the Tenth Grade Ohio State Test (OST). Identify, target and plan special program activities for both male and female participants to address special needs. (8%)
* Work with staff in planning, implementing, evaluating and chaperoning cultural, motivational and other educational activities; including personal growth and development sessions and college visitations within the confines of the Upward Bound budget and in consultation with the program director.
