Job Description
Under the guidance of the department Supervisor, this position collaborates with Sales, Deductions, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Ops and the Customer Care organization to ensure superior service is effectively delivered to our customers. Education/Skills/Experience:
2 - 3 years customer care or related experience. College degree preferred and Six Sigma Certification is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Proven ability to implement internal process improvements to positively impact existing service levels. Independent decision-making skills with demonstrated autonomy to make data driven decisions through sound analysis of facts and historical data. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills aided by high level communication, listening, analytical, and team building skills. Ability to maintain professionalism under stress.

**About the Role**
Responsible for safely operating a fork truck in a warehouse and around pedestrians, refilling designated materials, and moving finished goods and raw materials.

The Plant Manager - ARP position directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing plant to achieve both the plant financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate, divisional, and business unit. Responsible for assuring conformance of finished products to the customer specifications, division and industry.
Reviews the safety performance and training programs for the facility. Works closely with the plant personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by taking an active role in the plant's safety programs and goals.
Recommends and oversees execution of capital improvements for the plant which result directly in improved safety conditions, improved quality of finished product, resulting in added value, improved efficiency, or reduction of plant variable or fixed operating costs.
Responsible for engaging employees in a continuous improvement culture. Sponsor and Drive Six Sigma and Lean Projects at the plant for CI and sustain through Visual Management and Daily Management Systems.
Responsible for all aspects of financial management of the facility. Controls financial spending of all departments to deliver on budgetary goals.
Prepares periodic reports pertaining to plant utilization, labor efficiencies, materials usage, scrap, etc.
Works closely with Amcor Commercial contacts and customers to insure coordination of activities and facilitation of customer relationship.
Keeps informed of technical and management developments to assure continued personal growth and to coach employees toward optimum performance.
Works with direct reports to assure coordination of production activity and delivery schedules.
Manages team of direct reports and is responsible for employee selection, development, mentoring, and performance management. **About the Role**
The primary function of the Machine Operator is to keep the Injection Stretch Blow Molding and/or Injection Molding lines running well and producing quality bottles.
**Accountabilities and** **Responsibilities:**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on ISBM/IM molds and machines. This includes cleaning the machine and the basement of the machine.
+ Start up and shut down molding equipment in a safe manner. Make mechanical and system adjustments to machines to correct quality issues in the bottles and process out defects.
+ Perform root cause analysis to determine true cause of machine issues.
+ Must be willing and able to document all adjustments and changes to machinery.
+ Perform quality checks on bottles per policy, documenting any and all issues in the quality system.

Job Description
This role is focused on performing transactional activities supporting customer service, sales operations, and finance to ensure proper systems recording of customer returns, new items set-up, sample requests, and quoting new items. This role will work alongside with the Customer Care Specialist to ensure flawless communication to the customers. The Sales Support Specialist may also be responsible for managing small to mid-tier accounts and servicing of those customers orders on-time and in-full.
Key Accountabilities
1. Order Entry-Ensures customer order is encoded (Automatic or Manual) accurately and on-time. Evaluates order quantity versus set minimum requirements.
2. Customer Incident Tracking - With the use of TICS (Tracking Incident Complaint System), process customer complaints such as invoice disputes, short deliveries, and/or returns to ensure timely and proper resolution for the customer.
3. New Item Creation - Facilitates creation of new finished goods item. This role also coordinates with the cross-functional team members for a timely completion of master data. Completion of this process would ensure the item would flow through the system from customer order entry to final invoice.
4. Sample Requests - Based on quantity and product line, enter request through applicable channel, Sample Lab or Plant. This role ensures timely production and shipment of samples to the requestor.
5. Quoting - Determine if request is eligible for quoting (not previously quoted to another supplier) and quantity meets MOQ (minimum order requirement). Through Quote App, enter all product details, annual volume, bapplicable fees, MOQs, and any additional tooling required for accurate pricing levels.
6. Regulatory, Specs, and Drawing Requests: Determine appropriate regulatory, specs, and drawings to retrieve and/or submit as requested by the customer.
7. ITrade - When required, maintains and troubleshoots EDI (Electronic data interchange) connectivity with customers within the order to cash process. Working to minimize repeatable errors by working with customer care and other areas as needed.
8. Customer Portal Maintenance - When required, this role is the point of contact for assigned external customer and third party online portals to provide accurate and up to date information to customers related to product inquires, returns, credits, and general inquiries.
9. Global Data Synchronization Network - When required, works closely with product line management, marketing, sales, and customer care to maintain Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) item attributes through OneWorldSync Portal. Perform new item upload and maintenance of existing items in the OneWorldSync Portal to meet GDSN requirements as outlined by existing and potential customers.
Additional Responsibilities not to exceed 30% of workload: Order Acknowledgement, Order Status Communication, Demand Management and Control, Order Fulfillment Process Improvement and Service Risks Mitigation.

Qualifications

About the Role
The primary responsibility for the maintenance technician is to safely keep the plant running, perform PMs on all manufacturing equipment, and perform new installs, etc.

Responsible for the maintenance of the spare parts crib in an orderly fashion with utilizing first in/first out methodology. Assist Maintenance Planner in assuring appropriate levels of inventory.
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate to all levels.
Must be a self-starting, inwardly motivated and proactive individual. Needs to be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision and follow up.
Must have the ability to handle stress and the pressures of multiple tasks, demanding schedules and deadlines, diverse personalities, and daily conflicts. Conflict resolution skills are vitally important.

About You

**About the Role**
Directs the ARP NA Occupational, Health, Safety, and Environmental management system for the Plant. Is a key resource and drives the safety, fire, environmental, industrial hygiene, construction, training, and security elements. Works with and supports plant management in developing, implementing and monitoring the plant's overall OHSE system and initiatives
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts periodic OHSE-related audits/inspections / analysis to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance, prepares action plans, and works with appropriate individuals to ensure successful completion.

+ Assists in monitoring contractors and construction activities to ensure safe work practices are being followed.
+ Chairs the monthly plant safety committee(s) and presents safety-related information both internally and externally using meetings, message boards, and other written / verbal communication methods as appropriate.
+ Identify or develop and implement programs to encourage, reward and recognize employee safe behavior, involvement, and commitment toward plant safety. Monitors the corporate and/or plant safety incentive programs.

+ Maintains and updates pertinent information in Material Safety Data Sheet books and system located within the plant.
+ Acts as the liaison during external safety, fire and environmental audits, including OSHA inspections.

+ Coordinates onsite efforts with W/C carrier and Human Resources Manager.
+ Develops annual safety budget. Monitors spending to meet or exceed spending goals.

+ Responsible for internal (employees) and external (contractors, visitors, etc.) safety training. Identifies training requirements using regulatory guidelines and needs assessments. Designs, develops, and implements training in-house or identifies and contracts with external training resources. May present training, prepare designee(s) for presentation or use external resources.
+ Create the site OHSE strategy, based on feedback from corporate and identified site needs. Work with management team to assign responsibility for implementation of the site OHSE strategy.
+ Able to analyze incident reports, audit findings, employee reports to determine trends and focus areas for the site.
+ Tracks all plant training to ensure requirements are met. Maintains plant training documentation files. Prepares monthly training reports of employee participation.
+ Works with the Human Resources Manager to assist management team in the development and maintenance of job training programs that ensure the transfer of job knowledge and safe working practices.
+ Works with the site management team, front line supervisors, operators, and sister plants to implement improvements and best practices.
+ Active presence in the plant to help mentor, coach, and audit safe behaviors in the workplace.

The role serves as a key liaison between Shaw Sports Turf, customers, general contractors, and internal teams-supporting both project execution and long-term client satisfaction. The Regional Project Manager also plays a strategic role in developing subcontractor partnerships, supporting estimating, and driving operational efficiency.
The role is based & work remotely in California, supporting high volume areas in the Bay Area, Orange County, Los Angeles and Sacremento. Frequent travel across the territory and periodic visits to our North Georgia headquarters are expected.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management
Manage and review subcontractor and vendor contracts prior to execution to ensure scope accuracy, cost alignment, and compliance with company standards.
Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and technical documents to verify compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
Oversee all phases of project execution, including turf installation, base grading, infill, and punch lists.
Schedule and sequence mobilizations, deliveries, and installation activities to meet deadlines.
Ensure construction execution complies with plans, specifications, and Shaw standards.
Conduct site surveys, job walks, and pre-bid/pre-construction meetings.
Provide weekly forecasts, production reports, and project updates to leadership.
Manage project closeout, including substantial completion, documentation, and owner training.
Enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
Client & Customer Service
Serve as the regional customer service liaison, ensuring strong communication and problem resolution.
Provide maintenance training and hand-off at project completion.
Support Sales by attending pre-bid meetings, presentations, and providing technical expertise, where applicable,
Conduct lifecycle site visits to assess field performance and customer satisfaction.
Respond quickly to warranty, emergency service, and repair requests in coordination with Quality Department.
Financial & Operational Oversight
Monitor scope changes, identifying opportunities for additional revenue or cost savings.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and assist with change order billing.
Support estimating efforts to reduce installation and material procurement costs.
Ensure profit and loss accountability for regional projects.
Supplier & Subcontractor Development
Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with subcontractors across all trades in the region, with a focus on improving pricing competitiveness and enhancing quality of service.
Develop local suppliers for infill, logistics, and field components.
Build and maintain partnerships to improve regional execution capacity.
Lifecycle & End-of-Life Management
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive maintenance and service programs.
Develop and oversee regional teams for maintenance and support services.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise subcontractors and vendors on job sites.
Assign, direct, and evaluate work in accordance with company policies.
Resolve project-related conflicts and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
The Product Line Manager will aid in the development and execution of both short term and long-term strategies for assigned Amcor product lines. These positions will work closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing and Commercial Development to drive product line profitability and growth.

Qualifications
Over 6 to 8 years work experience with related Project Line and/or Product Development activities.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or engineering related field. Masters or MBA a plus.
Strong Sales, Product Management and/or financial background preferred, experience with a Consumer Product Goods (CPG), Distribution, or Personal Care company is a plus.
Knowledge of market research, marketing strategy, and new product development.
Familiarity with bottles & closure preferred, but not required.
Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate into meaningful messages.
Capability to build/maintain excellent rapport with sales and marketing teams.

+ Must be a self-starting, inwardly motivated and proactive individual. Needs to be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision and follow up.

Perform preventative maintenance on ISBM/IM molds and machines. This includes cleaning the machine and the basement of the machine.
Start up and shut down molding equipment in a safe manner. Make mechanical and system adjustments to machines to correct quality issues in the bottles and process out defects.
Perform root cause analysis to determine true cause of machine issues.
Must be willing and able to document all adjustments and changes to machinery.
Perform quality checks on bottles per policy, documenting any and all issues in the quality system.
Perform or assist with mold changes as needed.
