Position Summary
The Accountant is responsible for all accounting functions for all assigned portfolios within a sector of the business. On-Call Wellness Clinician/Coach

HealthYou is seeking a compassionate and skilled On-Call Wellness Coach/Clinician to deliver health screenings and personalized wellness coaching to individuals across various settings. This flexible, client-facing role supports individuals in achieving their best health through education, encouragement, and evidence-based
practices. Services may be delivered in person, virtually, telephonically, or via secure email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Duties
Conduct onsite annual health screenings, including biometric, blood, and lifestyle assessments.
Accurately measure blood pressure, BMI, waist circumference, and grip strength.
Assess lifestyle factors that increase the risk of chronic disease.
Perform fingerstick blood tests using CardioChek Plus and HbA1c testing with Afinion A1c.
Document clinical data and observations per HealthYou protocols.
Provide health risk education aligned with national health guidelines.
Adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Handle and dispose of medical materials safely, following Universal Precaution Standards.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Coaching & Wellness Support
Maintain regular and timely communication with the HealthYou team to ensure seamless coordination
of services.
Schedule and document coaching sessions using enterprise content management (ECM) software.
Assess client readiness for change and apply motivational interviewing techniques.
Collaborate with clients to set realistic health goals and develop personalized care plans.
Promote sustainable habits that support long-term wellness.
Support health promotion, disease management, and care coordination with other providers.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Knowledge and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience in wellness coaching, health promotion, or a related field.
Familiarity with virtual coaching platforms and electronic medical records.
Valid driver's license.
HIPAA, OSHA, and CPR certifications required within 6 months of hire.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience
Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (e.g., RN, RD, Exercise Physiologist); master's degree preferred.
Current professional license (if applicable).
Health Coaching Certification (required if licensure does not permit crossstate practice).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECM/CRM platforms.
Experience with fingerstick blood draws and vital signs.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
License, Registration, and/or Certification Required
Valid Driver's License
First-Aid / CPR / AED Certification
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
This is a flexible, hybrid position that includes both remote and onsite responsibilities. Periodic travel to designated
regions are required to support in-person screening events.
As an on-call position, weekly hours are flexible and may fluctuate based on the scheduling of onsite screening events and
your commitment to growing a coaching client base.
Periodic local and out-of-town travel during certain times of the year, as dictated by contract obligations
Compensation is commensurate with experience, professional demeanor, demonstrated impact, and level of commitment
to the role.
EXTERNAL & INTERNAL PHYSICAL CONTACT
Communication Expectations: On-call staff are expected to check and respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner, especially when scheduled for upcoming events or client sessions.
Teamwork & Collaboration: This role requires strong collaboration with fellow clinicians, coaches, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a supportive team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Most portions (50% - 100%) of daily assignments involve prolonged sitting or standing in an indoor office area with carpeted or tile floors. Well-lit with good ventilation. Some portions (25% - 50%) of daily assignments involve potential ergonomic risk, such as regular repetitive tasks, forceful or prolonged exertions of the hands, lifting, pulling, pushing, or carrying of heavy objects.

Position Summary
The Director of Accounting, Revenue Assurance is accountable for oversight of revenue integrity, point-of-sale accuracy, cash and inventory controls for Aspen Skiing Company, Aspen One and Aspen Ventures. This role establishes payment processing governance, ensures adherence to PCI standards, and leads efforts to mitigate revenue leakage and transaction risk. This role provides leadership, control governance, and audit ownership while managing the revenue assurance functions. This role will report to the Corporate Controller.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Own governance and oversight of credit card processing, settlement integrity, and fee structures across all locations
Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and internal payment security policies
Design and enforce fraud prevention and detection controls related to POS, cash handling, and payment processing
Review trends in chargebacks, declines, refunds, and unusual transaction patterns
Provide oversight and review of cash over/short trends, variances, and corrective actions
Approve and monitor F&B inventory transfer policies and recurring entries
Oversee inventory adjustment policies and validate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) integrity
Own governance over F&B sales tax methodology, service charges, and tax compliance
Review and approve treatment of comps, house charges, and resort charges
Ensure point-of-sale configuration integrity and revenue completeness controls
Review house service charge/tips allocation policies and procedures
Perform trend analysis across revenue, cash, inventory, and margin KPIs
Own audit responses and documentation related to revenue, cash, inventory, and POS controls
Manage and develop the revenue assurance team
Partner with Operations, IT, Payroll, and Accounting leadership to resolve systemic issues
Other duties as assigned for all roles
Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
7+ years of experience in accounting, audit, revenue assurance, or hospitality finance
CPA preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
