Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Follow infection control protocols and standard precautions at all times. Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of care. Clinical Leadership & Team Coordination Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and fellow nursing staff. Provide mentorship and support to other nursing personnel as needed. Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with hospital and unit-specific policies and procedures. Qualifications Education & Certification Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or completion of a Nursing Diploma program required; Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active RN license in Arizona or Compact State RN license. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Unit-Specific Requirements Basic EKG competency required within 3 months of hire. De-escalation Techniques course required within 6 months of hire and every 2 years thereafter.
