Support accurate capture of sustainment requirements in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).
Evaluate acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) metrics, and Maintenance Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) to ensure alignment with customer operational needs.
Support programming and planning activities by validating that pre-acquisition efforts reflect customer-specific sustainment requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that sustainment documentation supports mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Financial Execution (Back-End):
Track, analyze, and evaluate the execution of intra-governmental and commercial sustainment contracts, with a focus on financial performance and compliance with planned objectives.
Conduct variance analysis to identify and report deviations from expected performance and budgetary targets.
Collaborate with program analysts to perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for underperforming areas.
Act as a “portfolio manager” for Below the Line (BTL) expenditures, ensuring each contract contributes effectively to the overall sustainment strategy.
Integrated Budget Management:
Support management of the USAF Operations & Maintenance (O&M) funding portfolio (including ACC, ANG, and AFRC components) and Centralized Asset Management (CAM) processes and procedures.
Provide input to the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycles.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Office 365 - including self-sufficiency in MS Excel with formula writing and pivot tables.
Foundational knowledge of the Federal budget process (as CTR, CIV, or MIL).

About the Role
Orchard Mortgage is an affiliate of Orchard, fully dedicated to offering mortgage services to Orchard's real estate customers to provide a seamless and delightful home buying transaction. Orchard Mortgage is an innovative environment, with a focus on constant improvement, transparency, and teamwork.
We will provide you with leads from top producing agents in our markets. Your job will be to build excellent relationships with both Orchard Agents and Orchard customers, to win their future loan business through the services and offerings we provide (such as free refinances for life). You are not expected to bring your own leads but are welcome to bring your own leads and relationships as well and offer the same unique products and services we provide.
This is a full time role that will report into the Mortgage Sales Manager. This is a remote position that will be expected to be based in the Greater Seattle area and available to attend agent networking events such as Orchard happy hours and agent training once a month.
What You'll Do Here
Consult with clients about current needs and financing solutions to help them achieve their financial goals including Orchard Mortgage's unique offerings such as our Equity Advance loan
Build great relationships with Orchard's real estate agents and collaborate with them to create a great home buying experience for our customers
Be “go to person” for all home financing related needs that our customers or agents have including being the expert on our Equity Advance loan and Move First offering
Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month, primarily purchases with some refinances
Work collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem in Real Estate and Title Operations to provide the best customer outcomes
Support weekend coverage once per month to ensure customers have the support they need even on weekends
We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have:
At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (Washington required)
Strong consultative sales skills to get our customers the best financial outcome and help them understand the programs available to them
A passion for customer service and relationship building with keeping both our customers and agents in the loop on what is going on, even if that is after hours or on a weekend.
Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA with the ability to provide high quality pre-approvals/pre-qualifications (bonus if you also are familiar with common non-QM programs and reno/construction loans)
Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems especially as the mortgage world progresses. Preference for experience with Blend and Byte (or similar systems).

College Marketing Representative - General Location

As a paid part-time employee of The Orchard, you'll be an advocate for artists that The Orchard distributes. You'll promote 3-6 artists per month, as well as one-off promotions as they arise, in your college town and on campus by implementing digital and in-person marketing strategies. You'll be a tastemaker in your market by working with local businesses, record stores, DJs, promoters, campus organizations, etc. You'll be in charge of hosting listening events, organizing campus activations, and creating digital content for social media that directly supports The Orchard's artists. Your focus will be on new releases and tour support for artists covering a wide range of genres. You'll gain first hand music industry experience and be on the forefront of upcoming artists and new music.

WHAT'LL YOU DO:
