Workdays: This role is located at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center East Pavilion. Typical hours will be Monday-Friday, (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:
* Minimum of one (1) year of previous experience as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred. Specialty ENT experience is a plus!
* Certification through a national agency such as AAMA, NCCT, etc. is required.
* Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
* Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is preferred. Epic experience is a plus!

Phlebotomist I This is What You'll Do:
Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g. FDA approved

Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company

Sets up and prepares all equipment and disposable supplies for venipuncture and
plasmapheresis procedure.
Labels and ensures each unit and samples are labeled accurately.
Execute venipunctures and plasma collection, maintaining the highest standards of quality and
safety.
Operates the automated plasmapheresis machines, including response and evaluation of all
machine alarms and alerts, donor adverse events, document exceptions, etc.
Monitor donor conditions, employing techniques to ensure donor comfort, safety, and the quality
of plasma product.
Maintains proper ratio to ensure donor safety and to quality of product.
Disconnects the donor and handle the disposal of biohazardous waste and contaminated
equipment, including cleaning spills and following safety protocols.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly calibration/maintenance of automated plasmapheresis
machines and removes and/or replaces equipment from service, if needed.
Reports all unsafe situations and conditions to management.
Maintains/stocks adequate inventory and replenish supplies on plasma carts.
Able to drive training efficiencies to ensure timeliness and compliance.
Responsible for troubleshooting machine alarms/alerts and perform QCs routinely (defined as
daily/monthly) on equipment.

The Dental Hygiene Lead works closely with the Chief Dental Officer to set an example for all hygiene staff as culture champion. The Hygiene Lead will help develop clinical standards and support strategy as it relates to hygiene clinical care. * Assists Chief Dental Officer (CDO) in duties to maintain quality of dental services, providing input into the development of treatment guidelines and protocols.

* Problem solves performance issues for hygiene providers in organization (i.e., documentation expectations, productivity, equity, quality of care, provider satisfaction, patient satisfaction, behavior, staff collaboration).

Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:
* Responsible for assisting the medical staff by collecting information, escorting patients to exam rooms, and preparing patients for examination.
* Assisting with procedures and performing specialty-related tests/monitoring.
* Scheduling appointments for new and established patients as needed.
* Updating records as needed.
* Assisting with the overall delivery of patient care in the department.
* Other duties as assigned.
Salary:
Hiring range, based on experience and credentials:
Credentialed Medical Assistant:
* Level I: $24.18-$32.72 per hour.
* Level II: $26.60-$35.99 per hour.
* Level III: $29.26-$39.59 per hour.
Workdays: This role is located at the Machine Works Building. Free employee parking is available! Typical hours are Monday-Friday, (7:30 am-4:30 pm).
Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:
* At least one year of previous experience as a Certified Medical Assistant is strongly preferred. Specialty Care Dermatology experience is a plus!
* Certification through a national agency such as AAMA, NCCT, etc. is preferred.
* Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.
* Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is strongly preferred. Epic experience is a plus!
* Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and prioritize tasks.
* Excellent attendance and work ethic.
* Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
* A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.

Workdays: This is a float position at the GI-East Clinics located at the Gateway Medical Office Building and at the Mt. Scott Professional Center Medical Plaza II. Typical hours will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays (7:00 am - 5:30 pm). Ability to pick up extra shifts as needed.

* Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred. Specialty care, GI, Intramuscular injection, and phone triage experience is a plus!
* Certification through a national agency such as AAMA, NCCT, etc. is required.
