Richard Gilbert, M.D., joined the Company in 2010 through the acquisition of his practice, Southeast Anesthesia Consultants in Charlotte, North Carolina where he served as medical director and developed the proprietary Quantum Clinical Navigation System to measure and provide feedback on outcomes and patient satisfaction. Richard Gilbert was appointed Chief Medical Officer of the Company’s Eastern Division in 2015. Prior to this role, Richard Gilbert had served as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the Company’s American Anesthesiology Division since 2014. Richard Gilbert brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions with a strong focus on patient-focused, high quality care.

Bill Hubbard, FACHE is a Chief Operating Officer at The Orthopaedic Institute and is based in Gainesville, Florida.
