New management is not people friendly, now run like a boot camp. The Male chovanist attitude and firings of anyone who questioned John are leaving the remaining staff in fear of losing their jobs. Everyone is looking for new jobs to escape the toxic military attitude. Sad state of affairs, new hires last a week or two and see what its really like and bail or get fired for questioning John's demands. Screaming at employees is not an acceptable management technique.
