My manager doesn't really manage me haha. He just asks me to do my job then lets me do it.
Got to meet him when he came to my store and he seemed like a great guy.
At my store it was great so no complaints
I prepared for like an hour to find out the interview only lasted 10 minutes and I got the job.
I am an inter and it was very good.

The fun welcoming nature of the people as well as the job itself is fun.
They will hire anyone.
For the material handling side the management is poor, only thinking about themselves, won't give proper raises. They outsource everything so you will never have what you need they only give raises to the brown noses. If they replaces most of their management and put in a hard working team they would run a lot more efficiently. They say they care about their employees but fire them the next day and not pay you. This is all I've seen within 2 years of working for them.

I can’t think of anything I dislike about working for Pape Machinery. Best company I’ve ever worked for.
