• As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you ensure the smooth running of your store through your strong leadership and deployment of the store team.
• Demonstrate effective ownership of key responsibilities to supervise and lead the store team and operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day routines & procedures. Hold the store team accountable for consistent standards appropriate for their position, addressing opportunities promptly and fairly. Manage developmental priorities within the team, ensuring well-rounded abilities and skill sets exist to meet the demands of the store and ensure that the potential of individual members is realized, working with the Store Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager as needed.
• As an Assistant Store Manager who supports the Sales Leads, Senior Sales Leads, and Customer Sales Associates, you will be expected to be a leader and put the proper emphasis on building an incredible team and creating positive employee experiences. Success will come from your engagement and accountability in the ongoing commitment to our store's talent as you recruit, interview, train, and develop talented team members.
• Support solid execution of associate rosters and schedules aligning with the budget and business needs so store scheduling is balanced and staffed to effectively and smoothly run the store, collaborating with Store Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager as appropriate.
• As an ASM you will continue to develop your leadership skills to effectively guide and direct the Sales Leads, Sr. Sales Leads, and Customer Sales Associates and to hold this team accountable to strong, consistent performance. You will continue to deliver results through the ability to effectively and strategically lead, supervise, motivate, and ensure accountability of your team to perform in a performance driven culture.
What You Do
• Ensure consistent, friendly and informed service to customers, first by the example you set and second by the training and delivery of best-in-class service by the store team.
• Ensure a vibrant store through the execution of visual merchandising and replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Drive top line sales by guiding the entire team to leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, enterprise orders, etc., to actively hand sell and engage in conversation with every customer.
• Partner and provide insight and ongoing feedback on associate achievements and/or performance concerns. As an Assistant Manager you will be expected to provide meaningful input for performance reviews, hiring decisions, associate promotions, and disciplinary decisions. Communicating examples and contributing to the creation of documentation as appropriate.
• Develop the Sr. Sales Leads, Sales Leads, and Customer Sales Associates, through engagement and coaching; work with the team by providing performance feedback to assess and focus on individual strengths, and when associates' interests align, work to train and advance their potential for career pathing within the company. Provide coaching through their experiences, observations and examples with associates, and play an active role to assess when performance merits to recommend the associate for further development in the store.
• Assess the store from the customer's perspective and use insight to seek and influence improvements.
• Drive results during assigned Manager on Duty (MOD) segments by delivering sales and behaviors that meet the store's performance targets and coaching other store team leaders to develop MOD skills.
• Ensure the achievement of sales goals and deliver operational excellence to maximize efficiency and minimize loss through timely execution of all processes.
• Ensure compliance to Company standards as it pertains to safety, customer experience and all store operations, including asset protection (controlling shrink, expense, and payroll).
• Communicate with your store team respectfully and with urgency on key issues and messages, creating a culture that demonstrates the values of the company.
• Open and close the building, ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing).

DSA Role Overview:

Job Description
On The Stage (OTS) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to significantly drive customer engagement, product adoption, upsell opportunities, and brand advocacy within our performing arts ticketing platform. You will spend your days thinking about how to help the school theatre departments, community theatres, and professional performing arts organizations that use our ticketing and marketing platform every day sell more tickets, earn more revenue, and derive more value from On The Stage. This role will be pivotal in translating customer success into measurable and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Renewals and Upgrades
: Develop and execute campaigns designed to encourage customers to upgrade to higher tiers that meet their needs, working closely with Product Marketing to craft compelling value propositions and messaging, and coordinating with Account Managers to execute triggered campaigns to highlight OTS value pre-renewal.
Promote Product Adoption
: Drive increased feature utilization among customers through targeted multi-channel campaigns (in-product, email, social, and 1:1 communications). Collaborate with Product Marketing to build the comms strategy to launch new features, share updates, and recommend use cases, reinforcing OTS's impact on revenue growth and product stickiness.
Develop Customer Stories
: Create strategies to enable and incentivize clients to share their success stories, managing the collection and publication of long-form client narratives, videos, and testimonials. Work with the Social Media Coordinator on social-first UGC campaigns and directly solicit client contributions for blogs and webinars.
Generate Customer Advocacy and Evangelism
: Cultivate a strong base of customer advocates by developing campaigns that encourage story-sharing and facilitating referrals with the Sales team. Collaborate with the Social Coordinator to acknowledge and appreciate online endorsements and monitor public forums for advocacy opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer marketing campaign management, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and fluency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting high-value, persuasive messaging for targeted personas.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, account management, product, and design.
Experience creating engaging content ideation to publication, and managing projects using systems (e.g. Asana, Notion).
Working familiarity with common marketing technologies and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Wordpress, Figma, Canva, video editing, social media, etc)
A passion for the performing arts industry is highly desirable.

Your Role
As a Weekend Sales Associate, you act as a brand ambassador by building genuine connections with customers, offering personalized styling advice, and maintaining an organized and attractive store. What You'll Do

Operates as One House by assisting in operational tasks\: actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, processes new receipts, cleans fitting rooms, returns merchandise back to other departments.
Ensures audit compliance and Merchandise Protection Standards are met (such as will-call, hold policies and credit compliance).
Collaborating with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Fosters an environment of inclusivity and belonging amongst peers and clients by respecting and adapting to different styles and personalities.
Maintains professionalism, follows work schedule and adheres to personal presentation standards.
What You Bring
Styling experience in luxury fashion and/or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands with the ability to translate that knowledge into solving customer styling needs.
Effective communicator with experience in creating meaningful connections with customers that build brand loyalty.
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30lb, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
Motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Role may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
