Pros of working at The Paper Store

Met wonderful people at the store level and mid management. Passionate, talented caring individuals. Clean safe environment.

What do you like best about The Paper Store's CEO and the leadership team?

Very removed from the store level. The vice administrators took the time to visit and work in the stores during peak busy times. Very personable. Very business.

How would you improve The Paper Store's culture?

Work life balance. Store team leaders are understaffed and work long hours. Open availability is required and there are many blackout dates where time off is not allowed-which would be acceptable if there was more flexibility at others times of the year.

How did you prepare for the The Paper Store interview?

I started on a whim. Had worked at a gift shop years before and thought I would like to again.

How does your compensation at The Paper Store compare to the industry average?

Average to below average
