About the Role:
Reporting to the Division Vice President, the Regional Vice President is responsible for multiple markets within a geography. The primary expectation of the Regional Vice President is to lead a team of District Managers to achieve sales and profit budgets for their respective region. Other responsibilities include SOX Compliance, labor management, hiring, training, counseling, developing District Managers, and retention.
Salary Range:
$130,000-165,000/year based upon experience. There is additional compensation available to this position based upon performance.
Responsibilities
:
Lead assigned area in overall operations to drive sales and maximize profit via the District Managers and store teams.
Support company initiatives to achieve vision, mission, and values to be America's leading automotive tire-service centers, trusted by our guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires.
Assess skills of District Managers, monitor performance, and set performance goals to deliver on company initiatives.
Manage budget and capital expenses to maximize profit potential and drive P&L health within assigned area.
Engage, train, develop and lead District Managers through coaching on store operations, phone call execution, sales, product knowledge, and service processes during regular touchpoints with stores.
Conduct scheduled store visits which includes tracking action items, maintenance of equipment, appearance standards, labor management and communicating follow-up expectations to the District Manager and plans for improvement.
Ensure all locations are adhering to company policies, including safety, security, and compliance standards throughout assigned area to provide a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively and professionally with Store Support Center teammates, business partners and attend divisional and company led meetings as required.
Closely monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer service concerns as they arise.
Drive strategic partnerships with third parties within the region and train District Managers on strategic partnership related duties.
Develop others including yourself and improve teammate retention.
Conduct regularly scheduled regional meetings with direct reports to recognize accomplishments and communicate company directives.
Maintain knowledge of local market competitors, automotive industry, and new developments.
Complete all Monro required training with the guidelines and timing provided.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of a single unit, multi-unit and/or area to include P&L management.
Minimum of 7-10 years as a hiring manager to include recruiting, hiring, and promoting people.
Must have a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Compensation
: The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level
Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.

Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.

Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Responsible for the efficient, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Guest's vehicles, the Automotive Technician position is a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive Technician training program, covering all aspects of your new role, while preparing you for the next. As an Automotive Technician for Monro, you will be an essential team member, performing repair services on Guest vehicles. More importantly, you will be part of a team working together to deliver 5 Star Guest experiences, while using your Technician skills to take care of people, their cars and ensure our guests have safe, reliable transportation.
The pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00 per hour guaranteed based on experience. Flat rate between $26 and $38.
This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities
Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all manner of automotive repairs and maintenance, that you are qualified to perform
Secure our guests approval to perform the work as a result of the diagnosis; and always maintain a clean, neat work area
Complete thorough automotive vehicle inspections on every vehicle you service and perform any repairs and maintenance
Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck in a safe manner to pick up inventory as needed
Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians
Automotive General Service Technician
Compensation is $15-$19 Per hour based on experience. This role includes additional incentives
The General Service Technician is a blended role with both front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week dedicated to front counter duties. This position is responsible for performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications while effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests. Additionally, as a key holder and manager on duty (MOD) when needed, the General Service Technician plays a vital role in providing a superior guest experience, driving sales of automotive services and tires, and ensuring a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
Qualifications
Automotive Technician/Mechanic
High school or GED equivalent.
2+ years of automotive technician experience
Valid Driver License
Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.
Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
Guest and team focused mindset
Have and maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector's license, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
ASE automotive certification in at least one of A1-A8

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive Mechanic/Technician
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, guarantee with $26 to $28 flat rate.
Pay is based on experience and certifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.
Responsible for the efficient, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Guest's vehicles, the Automotive Technician position is a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive Technician training program, covering all aspects of your new role, while preparing you for the next. As an Automotive Technician for Monro, you will be an essential team member, performing repair services on Guest vehicles. More importantly, you will be part of a team working together to deliver 5 Star Guest experiences, while using your skills to take care of people, their cars and ensure our guests have safe, reliable transportation.

Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and all manner of automotive repairs and maintenance, that you are qualified to perform
Secure our guests approval to perform the work as a result of the diagnosis; and always maintain a clean, neat work area
Complete thorough automotive vehicle inspections on every vehicle you service and perform any repairs and maintenance
Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck in a safe manner to pick up inventory as needed

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level
Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Division Vice President, the Regional Vice President is responsible for multiple markets within a geography. The primary expectation of the Regional Vice President is to lead a team of District Managers to achieve sales and profit budgets for their respective region. Other responsibilities include SOX Compliance, labor management, hiring, training, counseling, developing District Managers, and retention.
Salary Range: $130,000-165,000/year based upon experience. There is additional compensation available to this position based upon performance.
Responsibilities:
* Lead assigned area in overall operations to drive sales and maximize profit via the District Managers and store teams.

* Assess skills of District Managers, monitor performance, and set performance goals to deliver on company initiatives.

Automotive Mechanic/Technician
Pay: $16.00-35.00 per hour.
Pay is based on experience and certifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.
Responsible for the efficient, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Guest's vehicles, the Automotive Technician position is a great way to start your career at Monro. Job Description
The District Manager is responsible for the successful operations of 8 store locations in the West Palm/Miami and South Florida area. Responsibilities include the workforce planning, hiring, training, counseling, developing store managers and retention of teammates to ensure the district financial goals are achieved. The District Manager sets accountability and expectations for teammates on the company standards, policies and procedures, and develops an environment which is conducive to accomplishing both the company and teammate personal goals.
Compensation is COMPETITITVE: $90,000-$125,000 including incentives. Pay is based on experience. This role is eligible for additional incentives company vehicle with gas card and cell phone stipend.
Essential Functions:
Develop Store Managers to become culture change leaders who produce a consistent 5-star Guest experience
Ensure assigned locations (districts) are staffed in accordance with company workforce planning standards that ensure staffing matches demand
Responsible for hiring, training, and developing of all store management and minimizing turnover
Train, develop and lead Store Managers and Manager trainees on store operations, sales, product knowledge, and service techniques
Manage budget and capital expenses to exceed objectives

Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
* Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
* Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
* On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
* On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the store's management staff with providing quality customer service. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store. Upholds policies, procedures and standards listed in the visual manual. They must fully promote each sale and/or promotion. Serves as an ambassador of Hibbett I City Gear creating a unique customer experience helping to acquire and retain long-time customers. The Sales Associate is passionate about giving outstanding customer service and promoting the merchandise in stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
Practice and uphold all Hibbett I City Gear policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the operations policy manual, personnel policy manual, visual manual, customer service manual, and memos with the company's direction.
Asist in the daily operations of the store, including completing work lists, clean up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
Utilize presenting merchandise to promote and sell goods, guidance found in the product knowledge manual.
Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.
Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
Protect the company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description
About The Role:
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time position and is hourly based upon needs of the business. The Assistant Manager is a key holder for the store and serves as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store to meet or exceed service standards and to achieve Monro's performance and profitability goals. This position is expected to ensure that all teammates deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
Salary Range:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour - Based on experience.
This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.
Responsibilities
Schedule guest appointments for the most effective optimization of technician abilities in the efficient and timely completion of vehicle services/repairs
Help achieve Monro's sales goals by properly informing and recommending tire and service products and sales promotions.
Attend to all guest needs in areas of sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
Build guest relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Assist technicians in conveying repair and service needs to guests.
Ensure the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Assist with inventory management to include the oversight of pulling of tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
Provide direction and oversight to other technicians and assist where needed with services/repairs.
Assist in organizing the store's workflow to ensure that technician skill levels are utilized efficiently for completing vehicle services/repairs effectively and timely in accordance with Monro standards of operation.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Perform Store Manager functions as business needs dictate.
Perform other duties as assigned and required by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years retail experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ASE certification and State Inspection License (where applicable) preferred.
Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve set goals and objectives.
Ability to problem solve, manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
Communications skills to effectively communicate with teammates and guests.
Complete all Monro required training with the guidelines and timing provided.
Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and have the ability to operate customer's vehicles to conduct test drives.

Must be able to see, hear, speak, lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting.
