Diagnoses and replaces emergency exit and emergency lighting fixtures and takes volt and amp readings. Performs routine repairs and maintains building plumbing system. Responsible for safety and security of company equipment. Apply oil absorbent to oil spills. Walk garages and drive lots daily to note and correct any maintenance problems.
