As a dishwasher, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Thoroughly washes and sanitizes all kitchen and restaurant dishes, glassware, utensils, and other equipment using a dishwasher or by hand as designated.
Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Responsible for the appropriate handling and storage of cleaning solutions.
Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen area by removing trash and grease, sweeping and mopping floors, and wiping down counters during shift and before leaving.

Requirements:
Dishwasher, steward and utility applicants should have six months to one year of kitchen experience in a high-volume setting. Knowledge of proper food safety handling and a positive can-do attitude is a must! A real team player, willing to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep the kitchen running well will have great success! Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Dishwashers should have the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, stretch, squat, reach, and lift to 35 lbs. from the floor to waist level as well as the ability to stand for prolonged periods.

As a Cashier/Stadium Attendant, you play an important role in the guest experience.
Position Overview for Cashier:
Greets guests, communicates stand offerings, and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner.
Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.
Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
Records all inventory and waste.
Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
Collects the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Overview for Stand Attendant:
Set up and prepare concession stands before performances / events.
Maintain a clean workspace.
Serve concession to patrons including food and alcohol.
Selling other merchandise as needed.
Maintain an accurate bank and sales record.
Creating a friendly guest environment.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
