SUMMARY: The Case Managers primary role, under the direction of Regional Leadership and the Case Manager Supervisor, is to provide support and coordinating services based on client needs and treatment plans. The case manager will actively engage in a professional, collaborative process to support our clients' mental and physical health needs. As a Case Manager, you will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, advocate, and evaluate the options and services required to promote health, quality, and cost-effective outcomes for our clients, ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality care standards.
In this role, you will work closely with other care team members to plan, link, advocate, coordinate, and monitor client care. The Case Manager is also responsible for successfully managing their caseload and communicating with the treatment team as it relates to Case Management across various disciplines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDay-To-Day Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the therapist, other care team members, client, and client's family to coordinate the best care.
Arrange family visits, coordinate transportation, and ensure clients' needs are met.
Maintain clear and ongoing communication between the family, referral source, and Path Behavioral Healthcare.
Attend court hearings as appropriate.
Ensure documentation and billing adhere to policy, Path Behavioral Healthcare standards of practice, and all applicable compliance standards within the EHR system.

Identify and address gaps in service, as well as monitor under and over-utilization of authorized services.
Identify and assist in business development/referral source communication and collaboration efforts.
Coordinate and assist the client in crisis intervention and discharge planning, including community support systems following hospitalization.
Maintain an organized practice and schedule, be at work on time and ready to work, and leave work at the completion of client care responsibilities.
Reduce client rescheduling by informing the appropriate person of time off work.
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines, confidentiality agreements, billing and coding guidelines, and company policy.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives-focus being data-driven direct mail and omni-channel solutions. This individual will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across targeted industries. The Director of Business Development will report directly to the EVP of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a consultative, solutions-oriented sales professional with experience in print, packaging, large format, branded merchandise, or agency/marketing services.
The Director of Business Development will act as a trusted advisor to clients, develop and execute growth strategies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. This role requires both independent drive and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.
Drive lead generation and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
Utilize a consultative, solutions-based approach to uncover client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
Manage and grow key client relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and expansion.
Collaborate with internal departments-including marketing, operations, and creative-to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and market positioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in new business development, lead generation, and sales strategy execution.
Strong experience in customer acquisition, retention, and account management.
Expertise in consultative and solutions-based selling. Focus on data-driven direct mail and omni-channel solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both independent drive and collaborative energy.
Industry experience in print, packaging, large format, branded merchandise, or agency/marketing services is highly preferred.

Read job ticket instructions thoroughly and efficiently stage all materials needed for scheduled jobs.
Perform general maintenance routines to ensure equipment is ready to run at optimal level.
Place service calls and work with HP remote and on-site support to troubleshoot press issues.
Adjust settings on computer software for equipment specifications and quality needs.
Perform quality checks to ensure color continuity and quality expectations for all printed material.
Meet or exceed scheduled production timelines, focusing on uptime and efficient job staging.
Suggest and implement areas of improvement for operation efficiencies.
Maintain paper, press consumable, and spare part inventories to promote max uptime.

Technical and mechanical experience in printing/operating, especially Digital printing or finishing preferred.
