The Plus Group history
The Plus Group company history timeline
The Plus Group was founded in 1992, when a small team of individuals had a vision to create a customer-centric staffing company – one that would provide innovative, ethical and quality solutions to its customers.
Process Plus was founded in 1996 with a vision to build a reputation of excellence in quality of work, business practices and in creating a work environment in which employees could flourish.
After Bryan Speicher’s (the founding President) battle with cancer and his death in 2003, the firm’s leaders were inspired to build a stronger Process Plus.
In 2005, The PLUS Company’s Progress Center opened its doors, making way for more Adult Education classes and enrichment programs.
In 2010 The PLUS Company purchased 19 Chestnut Street in Nashua, which allowed for more opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the Nashua area.
In January 2016, Plus Group was formed, adding Process Plus sister companies Automation Plus and Design Build Plus.
