The role of the Auto Appraisal Supervisor is to lead, oversee, and regulate the operations within their unit. This position is situated in the State of Massachusetts and involves the management of 5-7 direct reports. The Supervisor is entrusted with ensuring that the investigation, coverage assessment, damage evaluation, settlements, and negotiations align with 212 CMR 2.00 and the company's established policies and procedures. The primary focus of the role is to drive activities that contribute to achieving the Claim Department's objectives related to loss containment, service excellence, and expense management.
In the daily execution of responsibilities, the Appraisal Supervisor engages in a blend of technical and administrative tasks specific to their unit. Key elements include conducting re-inspections, participating in ride-alongs with staff, and analyzing various management reports. Through these activities, the Supervisor assesses program compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement, generating action plans as needed. Effective communication and reporting of observations to the Claims Director are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, the Appraisal Unit Supervisor actively interacts with customers, claimants, and vendors, playing an integral part within the Independent Agent Division of Plymouth Rock.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Directs and controls work of their unit and other areas assigned. Audit casework in the unit and office for quality assessment. Complies with the Companies Quality Assurance program to identify problems, provide direction and critique performance of the unit members. Provide feedback and training to the staff based on results. Review and approve damage and settlement amounts that exceed staff's authority levels.
Monitor assignments and workflow to ensure timely service, efficiency and the quality of work product.
Train and develop staff to achieve and maintain high quality performance standards. Conduct staff meetings to answer questions, complete training, and discuss new or revised procedures.
Perform salary administration and performance evaluation of staff. Address and properly document performance issues, action plans and general developmental needs.
Re-inspect automobile losses for accuracy and provide feedback and training to staff based upon the re-inspection results. Re-inspections are on estimates completed by staff and independent adjusters, as well as body shops and contractors.
Review data and reports and generate reports and analysis to assess the staff's quality of work product and to determine why objectives are or are not being met.
Resolve complaints from insureds, claimants, brokers, other claim personnel, etc., through active participation.
Complete special projects as assigned by management.
Make recommendations to management for promotions, staff size, staffing changes, salary administration. May participate in the hiring of new employees.
General day to day administrative recording keeping and compliance requirements.
Responsible for overseeing and monitoring performance of company's business partners as necessary.
Review and approve expense accounts submitted by staff.
Must be willing to participate in catastrophe claim handling when requested. This may include traveling to other locations, extended and weekend hours and up to a three week stay away from home.
Qualifications and Education
Five plus years of auto estimating experience preferred
Three plus years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year College or University.
ICAR or other Collision Damage Training
A combination of education, experience and appraisal coursework/certifications will be considered in lieu of a degree
Must be proficient with Microsoft office Suite Products and Auto Estimating Software.
Mitchell Estimating Experience a Plus
Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing. The successful candidate may be required to obtain out of state appraiser licenses.

The qualified candidate will be able to handle pending Automobile Bodily Injury losses, which includes minor to high severity Bodily Injury, uninsured and underinsured motorists' claims for both Commercial and Personal Auto. Job Overview:
This position involves converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building.
Responsibilities:
* Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries. Identify and address customer needs with available products.
* Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales
* Phone Adherence: Adhere to Amica's phone standards and protocols to ensure productivity and consistency in customer interactions
* Activity Management: Document all sales activities in a timely and organized manner to ensure appropriate follow-up
* Compliance and Education: Compliance and Education: Complete required continuing education to remain compliant with industry standards and regulations
* Obtaining a state insurance license and fulfilling ongoing education requirements to keep the license active are mandatory and extensive training will be offered.
Salary and Work Schedule:
A starting annual salary of $48,278 ($23.21/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $62,103 annually ($29.86/hr).
This position is scheduled for 40 hours a week with the following options and will fall between our business hours of 10:00 AM-8:00 PM:
* Sunday through Thursday
* Tuesday through Saturday
* Monday through Friday
Training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM- 6:15 PM PST.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.

GENERAL PURPOSE
The Auto Damage Appraiser is responsible for re-inspecting physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for customers utilizing our Door-to-Door Repair network shops. The candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service while utilizing measures to control severities. This includes oversight of DTD shops in the Massachusetts region utilizing re-inspections as containment controls. This position is located in the field within the North Shore area of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will reside north of Boston and will be able to cover most of the North Shore, MA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Survey damages, prepare estimates and negotiate settlements. Settlements include partial and total losses within their established authority level.
Issue drafts to the appropriate parties.
Document the claim file as necessary.
Complete re-inspections and supplements in a timely manner complying with all Massachusetts state regulations.
Liaison to Body Shops in our DTD network.
Comply with all production standards and estimating guidelines
Ensure that service, expense control and public relations are maintained at all times.
Complete reports on recovered theft and fire assignments.
Participate in team meetings
Participate in catastrophic claim handling when requested. This may include overnight travel for extended periods of time.
Adhere to privacy guidelines and Massachusetts 212 CMR 2.00.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or a minimum of 5 years of auto claims appraisal experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies around new and existing partnerships and programs that align with business goals.
Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing innovative campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
Ensure collaboration and promote consistency across teams and departments throughout the broader organization.
Provide budget guidance and oversight for the overall Marketing team.
Partnership & Program Management:
Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships to amplify brand reach and drive business outcomes.
Oversee all facets of a telematics program, including strategic direction, financial reporting, performance and analytics, customer communication, agent partner marketing, mobile app and vendor management, and collaboration with stakeholders across departments.
Collaborate with sports team partners to design and implement joint programs, campaigns and initiatives.
Negotiate agreements and ensure alignment of goals between key company stakeholders and partners.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of partnerships and programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and touchpoints.
Manage brand identity, positioning and voice within areas of responsibility to resonate with target audiences.
Consult with external agencies and vendors, as necessary.
Event Marketing:
Provide strategic direction for robust event marketing program, ensuring events align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Field Marketing, Executive Leadership) to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy.
Performance Measurement:
Establish KPIs for campaigns, programs, and partnerships, monitoring their effectiveness.
Prepare and present reports on key initiatives to executive leadership team.
Oversee a team of experienced marketing professionals, including filling several new and open roles.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and managing partnerships.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content management systems and analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication and people skills.
Preferred:
Insurance (personal lines) experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with a usage-based insurance offering.
Experience with consumer-facing loyalty/rewards programs.
Basic understanding of sports and comfortability marketing to sports fans.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will perform essential duties and responsibilities associated with payroll processing and related tasks. The Payroll Analyst will organize and manage daily activities ensuring timely processing of end to end payroll cycle to include pay calculations, data imports, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting in line with company policies and practices. Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years of experience processing multi-state payroll with knowledge of payroll wage and hour laws. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is desired or willing to certify within one to two years in the role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with numbers and large data sets. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, and advanced formulas). ADP Vantage, ADP Time and Attendance, and ADP Reporting experience is preferred. Experience with data reporting and extraction, transformation of large data sets and imports.
General understanding of accounting principles, GL account balancing and reconciliations Works with highly confidential information which, if disclosed, could have an adverse impact internally and externally on matters as they relate to company policies, procedures and practices.

Job Summary
Position is responsible for MAPFRE USA's (MUSA) environmental and sustainability reporting and analysis to various stakeholders including local and corporate departments and state regulators. The position will require data management and analysis, report development, presentation skills, oversight of various projects, and new initiative developments related to our environmental and sustainability efforts.
1. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits related to environmental reporting and analysis for ISO 50001, 14001, and 14064 certifications. Responsible for data collection, including electric and natural gas usage, water usage, sustainable mobility and fuel consumption, and waste/recycling across all MUSA locations by monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through various systems and tools. Collaborate with other environmental data owners for their reporting. Provide analysis and presentations on the data results, including in writing, in person, and via Teams. Ensure consistent information is provided to various departments including MUSA Sustainability, MAPFRE Corporate Sustainability, and various MUSA committees as requested. Implement documentation best practices to ensure information is centralized, organized, and accurate.
1. Responsible to contribute information to various regulatory agencies via periodic reporting to state divisions of insurance, the NAIC reporting on the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and providing updates to sections of the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Report, which includes follow-up with various departmental officers.
1. Manage the Corporate Strategy for offsetting Greenhouse Gas Emissions Environmental Footprint 2020-2030, including Carbon Footprint projects that will require managing the budget along with additional research, negotiation, and project management potentially with non-profit organizations. Report periodic updates to the MUSA and MAPFRE Corporate Sustainability areas.
1. Assess all MAPFRE USA locations to implement ISO, environmental, and sustainability best practices. Review various Facilities Department projects for environmental and carbon footprint impacts, including potential solar and recycling projects for select locations. Research projects that align with the environmental footprint strategy that continues to ensure MUSA is investigating all options for reducing our environmental footprint.
