Litigation Strategy: Bring your litigation experience to the forefront by collaborating with defense counsel, participating in the discovery process, and developing settlement strategies throughout litigation.
High-Stakes Negotiations: Engage in merit-based negotiations with injured parties and their attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes for both 1st and 3rd party claims.
Subrogation Potential: Recognize and capitalize on subrogation opportunities to mitigate losses.
Litigation Participation: Represent the company in litigation proceedings, attending arbitrations, depositions, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Survey damages, prepare estimates and negotiate settlements. Settlements include partial and total losses within their established authority level.
Issue drafts to the appropriate parties.
Document the claim file as necessary.

Comfortable completing inspections of damaged vehicles including but not limited to crawling under and around vehicles, inspecting vehicles in tight quarters at body shops and salvage yards, etc.
Must be willing to participate in catastrophe claim handling when requested. This may include traveling to other locations, extended and weekend hours, and up to a three week stay away from home.
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.

Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers. The starting pay is $25.00/hour. Additionally, we offer a Variable Compensation monthly bonus plan that can range from $2,500.00-$5,000.00 per month. This bonus plan is uncapped and focuses on how much you sell on how many inbound/warm leads you convert.
There is a 7% shift premium for our agents in the bilingual role (English/Spanish).
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to one of our office locations.
