In this position the Customer Service Data Analyst is crucial in supporting the Customer Service Center, Underwriting, and Sales teams by providing actionable insights through data analysis and comprehensive reporting. This role requires expertise in Tableau for creating reports and dashboards, proficiency in SQL Server for data extraction and query management, and the ability to support various databases and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Service Center, Underwriting, and Sales management teams, while also interacting with Product, Finance, and IT departments. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities as a backup programmer for our Client Letter system. Our customer service representatives work in a dynamic service center where professionalism and commitment to our team environment is highly valued. Representatives handle a large volume of inbound calls from our customers, agents, and third parties. This Associate Product Manager leads in the ideation and development of new product features, including an emphasis on expanding and enhancing our telematics program, with goals of improving pricing, competitive position and ease of doing business for Plymouth Rock's personal lines products sold in the assigned market(s) for the Direct division. This person is responsible for creating and developing favorable business outcomes through the analysis of complex issues, and for providing recommendations for the implementation of new rating plans, improvements in the telematics program, new underwriting rules, process improvements, and other initiatives. This role serves as a liaison between the Product department and all the other departments that interface with the group. The attorney would be responsible for handing a mix of New Jersey PIP cases filed in Forthright and New Jersey Superior Court and New York PIP cases filed in AAA. The Claims Supervisor, Operations will oversee a unit of operations associates in the Woodbridge and Mount Laurel claim departments. The unit handles a variety of claim related functions including, but not limited to data entry, rental claim handling, salvage processing, subrogation assistance and switchboard functions. In addition, this role also has responsibilities with regards to claim system applications including testing, quality assurance and production support. RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish and monitor unit goals for service, production and work quality. * Plan unit workflow and monitor assignment of tasks to unit members based on complexity, severity, and volume. * Perform Quality Assurance reviews on associates work product to identify trends, provide direction and feedback. * Provide management with monthly analysis of quality trends and performance of claims associates. * Conduct individual and group training on all aspects of the job. * Conduct performance reviews and counseling sessions, write performance appraisals and monitor attendance. * Make recommendations for promotions, staff changes, and salary. * Must be willing to travel to the other claim locations (Mt Laurel and/or Horsham). At least twice a month and more if needed. * Perform user acceptance testing for technology projects and following monthly production releases which may occur on Friday evenings or on weekends. (May alternate availability with other team members.) * Handle special projects/assignments as requested. QUALIFICATIONS * Five or more years of related claims experience across multiple lines of business required. * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required. * Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must have an aptitude for technology including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Knowledge of ClaimsPro, Image Right, Client Letter also preferred. SALARY RANGE The pay range for this position is $ 73,000 to $103,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. The Claims Associate, PD is responsible for managing Auto Property Damage claims within our "Auto PD Claim Unit." This role demands a high level of customer service, patience, and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment with significant phone interaction. Strong customer service, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. The ability to navigate adversarial situations with professionalism is critical. Comparative negligence claim handling experience is a plus but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES * Policy Analysis: * Investigate and interpret policy provisions, endorsements, and conditions to determine coverage for automobile property claims. * Identify and investigate contested coverage claims that may require a roundtable discussion. * Claim Investigation: * Investigate auto accidents to assess liability by interviewing first- and third-party claimants, witnesses, investigating officers, and other relevant parties. * Secure and analyze pertinent records, documentation, and loss scene information to determine proximate cause, negligence, and damages. * Claims Management: * Evaluate and adjust reserves as necessary. * Prepare dispatch instructions for field personnel to inspect vehicles. * Negotiate and settle claims within individual authority limits and seek supervisor approval for claims exceeding authority or requiring additional guidance. * Maintain effective follow-up systems on pending files, advising insureds, claimants, and brokers on claim status. * Act as an intermediary between the company, preferred vendors, and customers to resolve disputes. * Ensure adherence to privacy guidelines, laws, and regulations in claims handling. * Subrogation and Legal Handling: * Investigate and initiate subrogation processes when applicable. * Handle and respond to special civil part lawsuits or intercompany arbitrations related to auto property damage claims. * Administrative Duties: * Manage a customer-focused phone environment by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails and text correspondence promptly. * Process incoming and outgoing mail timely and in accordance with state guidelines. * Complete other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree required. * A minimum of 1 year of related PD claim experience is welcomed but not required. * Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. SALARY RANGE The pay range for this position is $47,000 to $55,000 annually. The Service Center Associate is responsible for supporting and retaining our personal lines insurance customers on behalf of our independent agency partners by delivering exceptional service, providing guidance, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our core products, including auto, homeowners, and umbrella. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of core personal lines of products (Auto, Homeowner, Umbrella) across all states we operate (NJ, PA, MA, CT, NY, NH). * Accurately enter and update policy information in various processing systems. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, and policy changes via phone and other channels. * Provide first-call resolution with minimal customer effort, ensuring a seamless experience. * Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. * Consistently meet or exceed customer and agent expectations by delivering professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. * Quote and sell personal lines products to both new and existing clients * Conduct renewal reviews and recommend appropriate policy adjustments based on customer needs. * Perform other duties as assigned.
