Pros of working at The PNC Financial Services Group

PNC is a great company to work for if you are looking for a sales position. They truly care about their employees and do all that they can to make sure the work environment is safe and inclusive. The management cares about their employees and their ability to progress in their careers. It is overall a safe bet to grow your career.

Cons of working at The PNC Financial Services Group

They only really care if they can benefit. Very stressful you only advance if you are a favorite. Not cool at all upper management is unfair

Pros of working at The PNC Financial Services Group

There is nothing good about working here

Cons of working at The PNC Financial Services Group

Poor benefits, underpaid, micro-managers everywhere, all based on numbers you produce regardless of your actual performance with customers. Not recognized for your work. Constantly more work is added with no raise. When there is a raise it is abysmal and commissions rates are reduced simultaneously so you end up making less money. I have made less money every year I have been here. They preach about advancement within the company but this is not the case either. Overall terrible. DO NOT GET TRAPPED HERE.
