Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * 7 years of hands on development using Java EE technologies that provide web services, incoming/outgoing file processing, and user interface capabilities. * 3 years of leadership experience including management experience * Hands-on depth with Bigtable, Cloud Run, Dataflow/Apache Beam, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, CI/CD, on (GCP) Google Cloud Platform or on similar cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). * Proven expertise building operational data stores, event-driven architectures, and data quality controls. * Strong grounding in SRE/DevOps practices and security-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications * Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) and/or IaC (Terraform) certifications and/or work experience * Payments Originations and Servicing processing background in 1 or more of the following: Debit, Credit, Installments * Spring Boot, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, JSON & SOAP xml * Excellent communication, design, documentation, analytical, and SDLC skills. * 3 years delivering software using agile methodologies * Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk, and log files to evaluate the health of mission critical production applications and to identify root causes for performance and functional issues Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: 77,000.00 - 154,000.00 USD Annual The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
