Dora has worked with TPZ founders, Mark and Becky Levin, for over 20 years, and now serves as TPZ’s Chief of Staff. She has a background in early childhood development.

Jeremy began his career as a youth mentor and has spent his entire professional experience committed to improving opportunity across a wide range of public policy areas from youth development to housing to education, and beyond.

As TPZ’s Chief Strategy and Advancement Officer, Jody coordinates the organization’s Strategy and heads Development and Business Development functions. With more than 20 years of experience in strategy, organizational development, social impact investment and non-profit leadership, Jody comes to TPZ from City Year, a national leader in leveraging the power of national service to support young people in our nation’s most systemically under-resourced communities and schools. At City Year, Jody served as Senior Vice President of Alignment, Innovation and Investment, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership team to outline the organization's future-facing strategy, leading foundation and high net-worth individual fundraising to support realization of strategic goals, and supporting City Year’s thought leadership contributions to the national dialogue about the future of both national service and K-12 education. In addition to her significant background in nonprofit leadership and her expertise in strategy, systems change and organizational growth, Jody holds a lifelong passion for supporting young people to recognize and realize their own potential.

Experienced, Human Resources executive with demonstrated success building and leading teams to design and execute in all areas of Human Resources including: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Compliance, Staff Satisfaction and Engagement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Employee Relations. Proven success in organizational effectiveness, strategy design and execution that drives results.

Positively impacting the lives of students and teachers has been central to Meg's career in education, which spans more than 25 years. Prior to joining us, she was the Director of External Research at EL Education, where she spearheaded several key projects, including a five-year Investing in Innovation randomized controlled trial to study the impact of curriculum and coaching on students' achievement and teachers' practice.

Pete brings extensive experience in non-profit leadership, especially strategic planning, and has helped organizations navigate periods of significant change and expansion. Prior to joining The Possible Zone, Pete worked as a consultant to support operations and key initiatives across multiple clients.
