At City Year, Jody served as Senior Vice President of Alignment, Innovation and Investment, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership team to outline the organization's future-facing strategy, leading foundation and high net-worth individual fundraising to support realization of strategic goals, and supporting City Year’s thought leadership contributions to the national dialogue about the future of both national service and K-12 education. In addition to her significant background in nonprofit leadership and her expertise in strategy, systems change and organizational growth, Jody holds a lifelong passion for supporting young people to recognize and realize their own potential.
