New Product Development (NPD) and documentation * Support the new product development lifecycle by assisting with process design, material selection, and equipment layout. * Create and maintain essential product documentation, including part number creation for TTB and HSL products and CAD drawings for TTB. * Manage and maintain the product configurator system to ensure accurate product specifications and options for the sales team. System and project support * Serve as a key resource for the company-wide transition to a standard cost accounting system, including data migration, testing, and training. * Troubleshoot issues during system implementations and process rollouts, providing timely and effective solutions use project management tools to track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones to stakeholders. * Other as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred), Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on process optimization and inventory control. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Proficiency with CAD software, inventory management systems (e.g., ERP), and product configurators. * Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with standard cost accounting principles is a plus.
