As a Director of Pharmacy you will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. The position manages incoming eDiscovery processing requests for data related to pending/potential litigation, investigations, and various other types of matters. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are adequately handled, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner. Responsibilities
Order, stock and manage the inventory of supplies, based upon demand, to include all media orders for production labs
Prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines (multi-tasking is a must)
Follow strict evidence handling, duplications, and Chain of Custody procedures
Perform deliveries and pickups from client sites, including rotating weekend coverage; requires ability to lift +50 pounds
Support eDiscovery processing, Forensic and Project Management departments as needed. Also handle drive check outs/hook ups and packing/creating shipments.
Utilize business problem-solving skills and judgment necessary to analyze, troubleshoot, and problem-solve issues and provide proposed solutions
Assist in developing, documenting, and refining necessary procedures to accomplish discovery process requirements
Provide daily activity reports to management (daily evidence tally report and morning/afternoon updates on assigned projects and evidence/inventory levels)
