Very poor tips. Like the worst. Scheduling is done last minute, Like day before or day of.

Creating teams and making the tipping system more fair. Everyone is out for themselves there and the culture and morale is not good.
Researching ther ship, bringing a good resume and positive attitude.
I would say compared to the rest of the industry, it is the absolute worst. Ever. By a wide margin. Not exaggerating.
