By 1980 , Coldwell Banker had also acquired a national referral service (now Coldwell Banker Referral Network), and Previews Inc., an international luxury real estate marketing organization (which has evolved into the present-day Coldwell Banker Previews Program).
High Associates Ltd. was established in 1980 for the purpose of selling, leasing, and managing commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, for the burgeoning real estate portfolio.

In 2002, the founding firms launched the Real Living brand, retaining the entrepreneurial-oriented culture that had made the firm so distinct for so many years.
2003 became a milestone year for yet another reason as our sales volume passed $1 billion for the first time in our company’s history.
The Coldwell Banker System earned $325.9 billion in closed sales volume in 2004 and has more than 126,000 sales associates working in more than 3,800 offices in 29 countries and territories.
The Real Estate One Charitable Foundation was launched in 2004 and has since raised millions of dollars for local and national charities.

Peter F. Hunt was named our Chairman and CEO in 2005, a position he still holds today.

Later than month, Coldwell Banker Real Estate unveiled its 2013 advertising strategy focused on reaching mass audiences via the major awards shows.
And finally, our HomeSuite was completed in 2013 when Rental Management One was founded to serve the rental property market.
In 2018, The Marchant Company celebrated 25 years of serving the greater Greenville community.
In 2020, Seabrook Marchant, President and Broker In Charge of Marchant Real Estate was awarded the Order of the Palmetto, the state’s highest civilian honor, for a lifetime of extraordinary support and contributions to law enforcement.
