What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years of managing specific KPIs with accountability for metrics and the strategies and execution
* 5+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on quality or production. Preferably within a fashion, retail, e-commerce organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
* Previous experience leading a team preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication is required. Candidate must feel comfortable speaking and presenting in large groups on a regular basis

The expected salary range for this role is $117,007.00-$140,760.00. As an Equipment Service Technician, you will be the on-site technical expert responsible for maintaining and servicing all automation equipment and machinery in the warehouse. Maintenance: Manage, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and rebuilds within the warehouse. Document findings, part use, and completion in the CMMS system. Continuously evaluate and refine maintenance tasks to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Spare Part Management: Utilize the CMMS system to maintain an accurate inventory of all spare parts, supplies, and consumables. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and availability, considering factors such as equipment usage, wear and scheduled repairs. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to quote, order, and replenish supplies.
Vendor Management: Facilitate vendor relationships and serve as the point of contact for remote support interventions and vendor visits. Overview of the Assistant Manager of Sales and Service role
You will support the management team in achieving goals by providing World-Class service. You will serve as a role model for building relationships with customers. You will maintain presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage in all areas of the store.
Responsibilities
* Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals
* Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed from a sales and tactical perspective while serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and service by prioritizing the customer experience
* Reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on their successes and challenges
* Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to educate team on product, improve selling skills and achieving business goals
* Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity in accordance with our People-First Philosophy
* Ensure timely resolution of client service issues including delivery/pick-up and outstanding issues through effective use and management of client information reporting system
Criteria
* Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
* Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner
* Great time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities
* 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
* Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
* Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
* Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).

What You Get To Do Every Day
* Distribute received product to the Authentication department
* Sort and organize product based on level and category
* Manage intra-authentication product movement
* Replenish Authenticators' racks as needed throughout the day and ensure the accurate product is readily available to provide minimal workflow disruption
* Audit product in the production area to ensure items are prioritized in date order, have the proper product tag, and are in the right department
* Scan and track product in authentication locations
* Unpack and scan units transferred from LCOs and other authentication centers

Minimum Requirements:
* Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive environment
