About The Role We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our International product team. The Principal Product Manager, International, will be a key leader in defining and executing our product strategy to expand globally in both supply and demand. What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
* 7+ years of product management experience with a proven background in a B2C e-commerce environment. This experience is a firm requirement for the role.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, and LLMs, with an ability to think creatively about how to leverage them to solve business challenges.
* Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle -from concept through launch and iteration, including build and buy solutions.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with engineering teams and vendor integrations
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, operations and more. Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies.
* Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.

The expected salary range for this role is $188,834.00-$202,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

About the Role
Stitch Fix is seeking experienced and strategic Merchandising leaders to drive the growth within our Active/Athleisure and Plus businesses. This role will oversee a team of 10 and will be responsible for delivering best-in-class assortments and galvanizing support for these growth segments across the enterprise to deliver untapped growth potential for the company.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Women's Merchandising. In this role, they will set the merchandising vision and strategy for our Plus and Active/Athleisure divisions, bring to life Stitch Fix's private brand portfolio, cultivate relationships with current and prospective vendors, and build a team of modern merchants working to deliver the best assortment of apparel, footwear and accessories.

Plus: Serve as the point person to drive Plus vision and advocacy across the organization, partnering closely with marketing, tech and strategy to develop and execute a cohesive plan to improve the current experience and assortment and solidify Stitch Fix as the go-to destination for Plus clients. The Inventory team sits at the center of RTR's operating model, connecting customer demand, financial goals, and product vision into an actionable inventory strategy.
The Inventory Lifecycle team is a critical function within the Inventory team responsible for the day-to-day management of product performance and profitability. About the Role
Stitch Fix's CRM & MarTech engineering team is looking for an experienced engineer to lead our team in integrations, platforms, and capabilities that attract and convert visitors to clients and keep existing clients engaged and ordering Fixes. We support Marketing by connecting with clients to demonstrate Stitch Fix's value, collect data to serve clients throughout their lifecycle, enable a first-Fix experience that delights, and create a personalized experience that keeps clients coming back.

We're excited about you because…
You have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 2+ years of experience in technical leadership, driving technical decisions and guiding broader project goals.
You have hands-on experience building and scaling resilient microservice architectures at scale (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Kafka, React, AWS, Sidekiq, GraphQL).
You have previous experience working in a Marketing Technology stack (CRM, CDP, email, SMS, push notifications, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and partnering with marketing teams, preferably in a retail context.
You might have experience building, architecting, deploying, and monitoring solutions on the AWS platform.
You might be familiar with various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc., and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range$130,900-$218,000 USD
