Functioning as a member of the Program Operations team, TPA's Director for Partner and Community Activations is a mid level project management leader, working collaboratively across the organization in the management and staffing of service and engagement events geared at under-resourced communities, teams and organizations.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail oriented, solutions-driven project manager with deep experience in small and large-scale logistics, operational execution, project management, and pre and post engagement analysis.
The hired leader will supervise a small team including the Program Operations Manager responsible for shipping and a Service Coordinator, responsible for placing talent across the organization's volunteer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director, Partner and Community Activations is a professional able to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment responsible for collaborating across teams to ensure planning excellence, follow through and streamlined processes.
The hired professional will manage a cross org and cross partner engagement calendar balancing competing priorities while problem solving.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, tech savvy, energetic, and have extensive project management expertise showcasing a portfolio of previous managed priorities for multiple stakeholders.
• Project Manage TPA's 12-month calendar of service events impacting the organization's total community programming portfolio.
• Serve as lead communicator with each approved activation in advance of the event's roll out, ensuring clarity of standards and needs, appropriate tools shared and mission alignment reached.
• Lead the planning, resource identification and execution mapping of a portfolio of community activations including timeline and vendor management, onsite prep via timely and accurate shipping d breakdown, and ensuring smooth, vision-aligned execution.
• Manage event workflows from inception to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Introduce and implement new ideas and industry best practices to elevate community event impact.
• Oversee program spending and analyze return on investment (ROI) to optimize event effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute future program event and activation opportunities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement by readily seeking methods of reaching higher heights of excellence and mission connection.
• Represent high integrity, professionalism, sensitivity to culture and true commitment to engagement • Source and manage vital assets and resources deemed helpful to TPA's ability to deliver high quality and socially significant engagement events
• Measure event performance against key metrics and apply insights to improve future activations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, Minimum • 6+ years of project management, event and production experience, including experiential and brand events.
• Some experience managing a team with success
• Proven track record of event leadership with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and poise under pressure.
• Serve as a point of contact for leaders across multiple partner organizations
• Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.
• Ability to set priorities, multi-task, meet deadlines and work as part of a team
• Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite Products

About the Position

You have:

JOB SUMMARY
The Family Parent Partner is responsible for establishing and implementing the support services for children and families. They serve as liaison for the family's involvement and offer support in whatever way is most helpful to each individual family.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serves as the consumer representative to program activities, ensuring advocacy and support services to all participating families.
Able to engage and provide skill building to youth and families as assigned.
Provides introduction and engagement support for families entering services.
Coordinates with the management team in the development and implementation of program systems and standards that promotes consumer driven family-centered services.
Informs families of basic mental health and social service information and referral sources; assists with the development of additional community resources as necessary and appropriate.

Participates in consumer advocate training: teaching basic concepts of rights, complaints and grievance procedures, support relationships, crisis management, vocational involvement and related areas.
Recruits for consumer involvement in committees and work groups.
Provides appropriate and professional advocacy and education to providers on behalf of consumer's needs.
Provides linkage of families with appropriate services, advocating for them when necessary, and serving as role model and advocate for children/families involved in the wraparound process.
Assists with the ongoing development and implementation of program evaluation.
Documents services in accordance with program specific requirements.
Meets Agency service percentage standard reflecting expected time spent with clients, if applicable.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must possess a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be a parent or personal caregiver of a youth who has been a recipient of child welfare and/or behavioral health services (e.g., child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, special education, etc.).
Must have basic knowledge and understanding of the English language.
Must have good organization and time management skills.
POSITION/PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a reliable mode of transportation to travel to assigned client homes, schools, offices, etc. If personal vehicle is the mode of transportation, must meet Agency's driving requirements.
Must be physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency's Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations. Must be willing to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test, and drug screening test.
Must be willing to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California.
Must obtain First Aid Certification. Must obtain a CPR Certification (only when required by local county or program).
Must be flexible to work a varying schedule according to operational need.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The hiring salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

The Skills and Experience You Bring

The Opportunity:
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for contract deliverables, including compliance reporting, financial reporting and service level performance reporting. The Senior Client Partner is also responsible for ensuring effective coordination and communication of client requests to ensure client expectations are satisfied.
How you will contribute:
Responsible for on-going, effective communications and service to the current clients via on-site meetings, conference calls, and day-to-day interaction.
Provide support to DentaQuest leadership for administration of the client's program, and communicate information accurately and efficiently, to ensure that DQ is meeting and exceeding client expectations, and the terms of the RFP and contract.
Identify and communicate client expectations to DQ leadership and staff, and ensure expectations are delivered effectively. Resolve issues and strengthen relationships at various professional levels within the client's organization.
Responsible for coordination and serving as primary point of contact for client audits of DentaQuest programs to include coordination of documentation requests, meeting organization, and responding to auditor follow-up requests to DentaQuest.
Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate functional areas within DentaQuest to ensure effective contract performance.
Support innovative business practices and process improvement opportunities for current and prospective clients (e.g., P4Q, QARR, ER Diversion).
Monitor changes in regulations and fee schedules, and communicate same to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Perform functions that support timely and accurate reporting to clients.
Responsible for updating Office Reference Manuals, implementing corrective action plan response and effectively organizing client audits.

Provide support to DentaQuest leadership for administration of the client's program, and communicate information accurately and efficiently, to ensure that DQ is meeting and exceeding client expectations, and the terms of the RFP and contract.
Identify and communicate client expectations to DQ leadership and staff, and ensure expectations are delivered effectively. Resolve issues and strengthen relationships at various professional levels within the client's organization.
Responsible for coordination and serving as primary point of contact for client audits of DentaQuest programs to include coordination of documentation requests, meeting organization, and responding to auditor follow-up requests to DentaQuest.
Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate functional areas within DentaQuest to ensure effective contract performance.
Support innovative business practices and process improvement opportunities for current and prospective clients (e.g., P4Q, QARR, ER Diversion).
Monitor changes in regulations and fee schedules, and communicate same to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Perform functions that support timely and accurate reporting to clients.
Responsible for updating Office Reference Manuals, implementing corrective action plan response and effectively organizing client audits.
Develops and submits IODs based on CMS, market- or client-specific program requirements.
Manages process for obtaining program requirements, documentation, support and other special requests from clients.
Provides regular updates to senior management on internal and external issues affecting market performance.
Represent DentaQuest at health fairs, conferences and advisory meetings through the State.

What you will bring with you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration (or related field) or equivalent, relevant work experience.
Five years' experience working with external clients/customers; proven track record of providing superior service to internal and external customers.
Well-organized and superior organizational, written and oral communication skills, particularly presentation skills.
Knowledge of group benefits. Proven ability to provide consultative services to proactively meet customer needs, using management reports, offering training opportunities and recommending innovative solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with general computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Ability to make good judgment conclusions based on data available with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills.

Salary:
Salary Range: $78,100 - $117,200
