Assist in surgical cases with the provider within the hospital setting 1-2 days a week Procedures to include IUD removal and insertions, Biopsies, Nexplanon insertion and removals Assist in the OR as needed with Hysterectomies, Hysteroscopies, Bladder and Organ prolapse, Myomectomies, and more Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc. Monitors the patient's course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed Orders preoperative and post operative medications as needed • Collaborates with physician as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support Displays a caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal and professional growth Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, and the public. Strong communication skills Schedule Details: Monday-Friday out-patient Campuses Covered: AH Winter Park. AH Winter Garden; AH Celebration, AH Kissimmee, & AH Apopka as needed only. Knowledge and Skills Required: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and patients.
