This role is critical to ensure accurate production and high-quality products for our customers. You'll work independently in a manufacturing environment, performing tasks that include loading yarn, monitoring machines, and ensuring operational quality. The position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive lifting up to 55 lbs, and attention to detail when following instructions and safety procedures.Responsibilities Check daily sheets for orders and production requirements Inspect safety harnesses and equipment before and during each shift Load yarn and ensure proper threading through tensions and eyelets to the front of the creel machine Identify and repair broken strands promptly to minimize downtime Ascend and descend ladders safely when loading or maintaining creels Determine correct creel types and configure machines accordingly Load creels per loom schedule and tie new yarn packages to removed ones Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Basic math skills, including ratios, percentages, and unit conversions Strong attention to detail when completing documentation Ability to recognize and resolve quality issues Proficient in following detailed written procedures and safety protocols Effective communication in English (verbal and written) Basic computer skills (Excel and Word) preferred Forklift certification highly desirable Benefits and Perks Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + Bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Training, Growth, and Advancement Opportunities Your New OrganizationJoin a trusted manufacturing team focused on precision, safety, and quality.
