Machine setup according to specified production instructions, using a given set of fiber glass and other raw materials.
Preparation of resin mixes and foils in accordance to production instructions
Independent assurance of quality requirements, before, during and after a production run
Careful observation of the running production to detect malfunctions at an early stage
Correction of minor malfunctions and support for major repairs, as well as pointing out irregularities to your supervisor.
Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace, as well as care of technical equipment, machines and systems for safety and quality reasons
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have 10+ years experience in manufacturing environment
Must have HSD or GED document
3+ years Mechanical, Electrical, or Textile experience

Repair and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, case erectors, conveyors, and ice machines.
Visually inspect and test machinery and powered equipment.
Listen and observe operation of machines and equipment to detect malfunctions and diagnose problems.
Oversee and maintain cleanliness of building grounds
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals.
Maintain detailed summary sheets of tasks performed regarding preventative maintenance
Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed and assigned
Always maintain safety as a top priority
Job Qualifications:
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years.
Experience Desired: Mechanical Repair, Electrical, Refrigeration a plus
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing Required: Valid Driver's License

Determine correct creel types and configure machines accordingly
Load creels per loom schedule and tie new yarn packages to removed ones

Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic math skills, including ratios, percentages, and unit conversions
