What You'll Do:

Job Description:We are seeking a Part-time Case Manager. This position primarily provides Case Life Skills Assessments (CLSAs) and Independent Study Guides (ISGs) to current foster care youth between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, in a 13-county area.Responsibilities:
Initiates CLSA and ISG completion process (within five-day timeframe), on all youth referred by making contact via telephone, email, and/or mail.

Based on in-care services worker schedule, will be available to assist with in-person Life Skills Training if other staff are unavailable.

Two years of full-time paid experience working with adolescents in group facilitation in a classroom, educational, or social service setting.
A valid Texas driver's license, dependable vehicle with liability insurance.
Sufficient knowledge or experience in working with youth that may be aggressive and youth in crisis.

Acts as the face of the organization and actively leads construction efforts on project homes.
Can lead groups of skilled and unskilled volunteers in construction projects and is responsible for training volunteers, keeping them on task, maintaining a safe and clean worksite, monitoring safety and quality and ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
Works closely with the Sr. Program Manager to develop and track the schedule of project homes, order tools and materials and troubleshoot problems.
Ensure that the organization is represented in a positive and professional manner by completing each assigned project on time and on schedule, interacting positively with volunteers and homeowners and maintaining high quality and safety on site.
Conduct on site orientations (including safety briefings) for volunteer groups and clearly communicate the homeowner's story.
Maintains Salesforce (records management system) to provide for proper evaluation, control and documentation for reporting of assigned programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Associate's degree from a college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Construction experience preferred.
Forklift Certified
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead diverse groups of volunteers on a wide array of tasks
Ability to do physical labor, occasionally strenuous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work

The base pay range for this position is $18-$221 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the very top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
