Position Overview:
The Business Coordinator plays a critical operational and compliance role within Spectra Gutter Systems' manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order flow, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining compliance across all retail partners. General Purpose
Manage multi-state Workers Compensation (WC) claims by maintaining efficiencies in the processing, tracking, reporting, sharing, and updating of workers compensation information within the WC claims database and with insurance carriers/TPA throughout the entire process. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions
Perform high-volume data entry of work-related injuries, incidents, and conservative treatment information into Elwood's WC database.
Coordinate the flow of claims information to insurance carriers or TPAs; collaborate with adjusters and other stakeholders as directed by the Director of Risk Management.
Gather and review accident investigation details and witness statements to help confirm claim validity.
Keep all claim files current, including updates on doctor visits, medical notes, follow-ups, and return-to-work details.
Maintain a weekly injury summary report for departmental review.
Review mileage reimbursements, medical bills, and drug screen invoices for accuracy and payment.
Review claim-related forms for accuracy and follow up on any missing or incomplete information.
Distribute audit reports periodically to branches regarding missing or incomplete claim paperwork.
Partner with the Director to support claims handling and help resolve complex or urgent matters.
Work closely with medical providers, adjusters, lawyers, and internal staff to resolve issues efficiently.
Immediately report any workplace deaths, catastrophic events, or serious injuries (work-related or not) to the Director.
Close resolved claims promptly to ensure open claim data stays accurate and up to date.
Complete other assignments as needed in an accurate and timely manner.

General Purpose:

General Purpose
Manage multi-state Workers Compensation (WC) claims by maintaining efficiencies in the processing, tracking, reporting, sharing, and updating of workers compensation information within the WC claims database and with insurance carriers/TPA throughout the entire process. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions
Perform high-volume data entry of work-related injuries, incidents, and conservative treatment information into Elwood's WC database.
Coordinate the flow of claims information to insurance carriers or TPAs; collaborate with adjusters and other stakeholders as directed by the Director of Risk Management.
Gather and review accident investigation details and witness statements to help confirm claim validity.
Keep all claim files current, including updates on doctor visits, medical notes, follow-ups, and return-to-work details.
Maintain a weekly injury summary report for departmental review.
Review mileage reimbursements, medical bills, and drug screen invoices for accuracy and payment.
Review claim-related forms for accuracy and follow up on any missing or incomplete information.
Distribute audit reports periodically to branches regarding missing or incomplete claim paperwork.
Partner with the Director to support claims handling and help resolve complex or urgent matters.
Work closely with medical providers, adjusters, lawyers, and internal staff to resolve issues efficiently.
Immediately report any workplace deaths, catastrophic events, or serious injuries (work-related or not) to the Director.

Lead Teacher Job Responsibilities:
Follow all state regulations and Abacus policies
Care for and meet the needs of all children in your care
Always follow Safe Sleep practices
Follow curriculum and provide weekly lesson plans
Track and record daily activities
Track and record developmental milestones
Communicate directly with parents
Lead Teacher Job Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent

General Purpose:
Committed to the recruitment and placement of highly skilled HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other skilled trades professionals in both contract-to-hire and direct hire positions. The job of trades recruiter is to be able to identify, screen, qualify and successfully place candidates for client hiring needs. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations.
Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions:
Create and execute technical recruitment plans that are designed to source trades talent
Review and understand job requirements for specific clients
Create detailed and attraction-oriented job descriptions
Source candidates that meet job requirements using job boards, social media sites, and trade specific sourcing techniques
Thoroughly screen and interview candidates to determine which candidates meet or exceed client expectations
Prepare and present compelling candidate submittal packages for client review
Follow up with hiring managers to obtain feedback on candidates and stay up to date on status of job openings
Provide client feedback to candidates regarding positions for which they have been submitted
Present offers to candidates on behalf of our clients
Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and comply with them in all work activities
Desired Skills & Experience:
2+ years' experience in a skilled trade's recruiter role or function is required
General familiarity or ability to quickly learn and understand information pertaining to: HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, maintenance technicians, and other trades specific roles.
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
