Serve in a leadership role during winter snow operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales/Design, HR, Fleet, and executive leadership

Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and proactively identify and resolve complex issues impacting availability or throughput
Partner with cybersecurity teams to design secure network architectures, harden systems, and respond to vulnerabilities or security events
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, standards, and build procedure
Evaluate, recommend, and implement network hardware and software solutions aligned with business and technical needs
Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planning from a network architecture perspective
Serve as a senior technical resource, providing guidance and knowledge sharing to other IT team members
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to gather requirements and deliver effective network solutions
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Minimum of five years of experience engineering and supporting medium-to-large enterprise network environments
Hands-on experience with at least two or more of the following technologies is required:
Citrix
Mitel
Juniper
Palo Alto
Aruba (including ClearPass)
Cisco switching
Proven experience designing and implementing network solutions, including VLAN configuration, firewall creation, and traffic segmentation
Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, security, and unified communications
Experience analyzing network traffic, diagnosing performance issues, and implementing long-term solutions
Solid knowledge of network security best practices and collaboration with security teams
Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and own complex engineering efforts end-to-end
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical designs clearly
Preferred certifications include Network+, CCNP, CCIE, Security+, or similar enterprise networking credentials

The Pay Rate range for this position is $47.00 - $55.00 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
