Job DescriptionAs an Industrial MaintenanceTechnician, you will ensure production and quality by maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including 110 VAC and 240/480 VAC 3-phase systems.
Adjust and fabricate parts using hand tools, welding/brazing equipment, and shop machines.
Complete reports, support production staff, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and safety signage.
Skilled in hand/power tools, diagnostic equipment, welding, and machining.
Must pass background check and drug screening.

What You'll Do:
As a MaintenanceTechnician, you'll keep the plant running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and electrical systems. Your day-to-day includes:
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery
Working from technical specifications, diagrams, and manuals to ensure equipment reliability
Maintaining calibration of electrical schematics and instrumentation
Upholding the highest safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment
Why This Role Rocks:
12-hour night shifts (5 PM - 5 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule
$34-$40/hr based on experience + $1/hr night differential
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Overtime opportunities available

Relocation considered on a case-by-case basis
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment
Confident use of multimeter and working with 480V, 3-phase systems
Exposure to PLCs or industrial controls
Bonus Points If You Have:
Military experience (especially Navy EM, MM, FC, or Aviation Electrician)
Food manufacturing or high-speed production experience
Preventive maintenance program experience
