Qualifications and Requirements: Prior bakery and supervisory experience required. Strong foundation in food processing manufacturing; baking experience strongly preferred. Union plant experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and train employees in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, people management skills, and safety awareness. Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
