We're hiring for a Quality Technician role onsite in Rochester, New York.
In collaboration with process engineering, system design engineering and business development, the QC Technician (QCT) is involved in the inspection of customer samples, prototypes, and products for printed electronics applications. This is a position requiring flexibility, versatility, technical aptitude and attention to detail. Our Printed Electronics organization uses production-scale assets and processes for both development and production work. Processes include flexographic printing, electroless plating, end-of-line testing and packaging.
The QCT will be cross trained on all inspection equipment and is expected to develop sufficient mastery for independent work in all aspects of the quality assurance process flow. Up to 25% of time is spent in either a Class 6 or 7 clean room, with the remaining time spent in a QC lab or office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret instructions and execute work orders utilizing inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with peers and team leaders to accomplish major objectives for the day while balancing workload, rotating job assignments, and completing routine tasks that are documented but not otherwise specified by supervision.
• Inspection and quality assessment of incoming materials, WIP and product.
• Identify problem conditions (Product, Process and/or general) and escalate to the appropriate supervision.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of inspection assets.
• As needed, write and maintain standard operating procedures either independently or in collaboration with process engineering.

What You Will Do as a Quality Inspector:
Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, indicators, comparators, and precision gages.
Operate touch probe/vision coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for verification (no programming required).

Dallas, TX 75261 100% On-Site This 1st shift “10am-7pm”position is to provide support to the Quality Assurance Department for customer order verification, in compliance with Aviation company procedures, Regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.) and customer requirements. Primary role will be to perform complete part inspections on customer orders, determine FAA approval type and part application. Complete 8130-3 and non-regulatory documentation (ATA 106). Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Work in other QA areas as directed by QA Leadership. Route work according to its weight requirement and re-direct if necessary. Complete verification compliant to Customer flow down requirements. Enter information in SAP and scan material in and out of QA. Documentation verification ·Certs and reports ·Parts and scanning ·Additional task as directed by Supervisor ·Complete part inspection on customer orders.

What You Will Do:
You will lead and deliver inspector training and certification programs, serve as a Level III Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Inspector, and ensure all inspection activities meet SNT-TC-1A, QAPD, NRC, and DOE requirements. You'll develop and approve inspection procedures, perform and oversee complex inspections, manage qualifications and certifications, evaluate nonconformances, and verify corrective actions. You'll audit internal and third-party NDT programs, interface directly with regulators, guide engineering teams on inspection methods, and ensure all inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained-keeping safety, quality, and compliance at the forefront of every operation.
We'd Love to Hear From People With:
* Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent quality experience
* 6+ years of progressive NDT experience in an industrial or nuclear environment
* Experience in quality control for design and construction and knowledge of field construction activities
* SNT-TC-1A certifications in Leak Testing (LT), Visual Testing (VT), and Ultrasonic Thickness (UT)
* AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe for documentation and reporting
* Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance
A Successful Candidate Brings:
* Prior experience at an NRC-regulated site
* Bachelor's degree in Science or a technical discipline
* ASQ certifications or additional quality credentials
* Deep working knowledge of NQA-1, DOE O 414.1D, and nuclear quality programs
* Military inspection or quality experience
* Currently holding an active Q-level security clearance
