LFG Specialties is a part of the Solid Waste Services group within APTIM's Environmental & Energy Solutions Strategic Business Unit. LFG Specialties is an original equipment manufacturer and has been servicing the solid waste industry (i.e., landfills) since 1987, providing custom fabricated compliance equipment (i.e., landfill gas extraction and compression systems, flares, and evaporation systems for the treatment of landfill leachate), service, and parts. These modular systems are designed, fabricated, and tested at APTIM's Findlay, OH campus, which consists of over 45,000 sq. ft. of fabrication and assembly shop area. Job DescriptionAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure production and quality by maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machines. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including 110 VAC and 240/480 VAC 3-phase systems. Adjust and fabricate parts using hand tools, welding/brazing equipment, and shop machines. Complete reports, support production staff, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous industrial maintenance experience required. Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read schematics, manuals, and safety signage.
