Responsibilities: Perform complete CNC machine setup in all aspects Set up and thread all premium threads across various products and materials with minimal supervision Troubleshoot machining issues and make program edits as needed Assist the Leadman/Supervisor with training Level 1, 2, and 3 CNC Machinists Perform dimensional inspections per required specifications Maintain product traceability throughout the manufacturing process Meet or exceed all KPIs and non-conformance offset requirements Complete required documentation Report all non-conformances to the Leadman/Supervisor Follow all requirements of K&B's safety program Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience with premium threading Strong attention to detail Experience with Fanuc controls Stable work history, preferably in an industrial setting. Reliable transportation. Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Capable of working in extreme weather and performing physical tasks.
