Pros of working at The Resource Center

None. They will use you up and don't care. Wages are top heavy. I've been to meetings where the division is how to give the least required by law.

Cons of working at The Resource Center

You won't get far with your wage. They are under staffed and still load on more work. Sometimes you're doing three jobs and they will not compensate. No extra $$ for filling in for supervisor.They do not vet potential employees. HR is rude, uneducated, and protect their friends.Director at allied(male) is a pompous ex-hr employee who thinks he is still entitled to information he shouldn't know anymore. The Hartford they offer for FMLA was hacked so people's SS# and other info was stolen.
