Job Profile Summary
The Director, People Business Partner, Burger King, Company Operations will provide HR support for all Burger King Company owned restaurants in the US to develop consistent practices that leverage economies of scale and ensure our team members are engaged, well-trained and productive so that they provide excellent service to guests. This role will be the “voice” of Burger King Company Restaurants and will work across all areas of HR to create, implement, and evolve practices, programs, and policies to maximize the attraction and retention of talent so that our restaurants are well staffed and labor is used efficiently. The Director will leverage data and reporting tools to evaluate the state of business, keep Leadership informed, evaluate the progress of initiatives, and drive the creation of future initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Burger King Operations Leadership
Work with the VPs of Company Restaurants to determine Enterprise and Brand goals/objectives for Company Restaurant Human Resources on an annual basis that aligns with and supports the needs of the Business
Develop and drive the annual objectives for Company Restaurants
Work across regions to ensure consistency, identify shared challenges and opportunities and develop best practices
Liaise with Legal to address employee relations issues
Respond to and investigate all EEOC complaints, DOL charges, etc.
Develop Key Performance Indicators for Company Restaurants across all areas of the employee life cycle and establish a regular cadence of reviewing and providing updates to all applicable members of Leadership
Participate in any RFP's that would impact the experience and success of company restaurants
Support positive employee relations strategy
Engage HR COE's to perform annual analysis of all programs, policies, and tools to ensure alignment of objectives across all of HR including but not limited to;
Wage scales, comp philosophy, HR technology, undergraduate hiring programs, workforce planning, recruiting, training & development initiatives etc
Provide support to the HR COE's and Business Leadership to ensure all programs, policies and tools are implemented and successful and provide ongoing feedback
Annual review of existing HR policies and procedures for US Company Restaurants and assist with updates when applicable
Seek out and explore innovations that can be piloted and potentially leveraged across all Burger King locations, both Franchisee and Company Owned, to improve the team member experience and drive profitability
Provide ad hoc reports as requested
Develop and maintain processes for the sale and purchase of new stores along with the integration of new markets into our RBI practices
Manage team of 10+ HR business partners and Recruitment Coordinators
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business or related field
PHR/SPHR Certified is a nice to have
7+ years HR experience, preferably supporting hourly team member environment in the QSR or Retail industry
Well versed in variables impacting the restaurant industry and labor markets
Polished presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders
Demonstrated project management skills
Superb communication skills.
Self-starter capable with solid time management skills
Ability to travel to different markets and to restaurants based on an ad-hoc need (35-50%)

Required:
8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, or advanced analytics.

Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
Experience deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade production ML models.
Strong experience with model lifecycle management, monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $147,000.00-$217,500.00. This role is the key liaison to the breweries ensuring the proper products are being planned based on the Sales Plan. Design seasonal stock inventory strategies in collaboration with each part of the supply chain to ensure shelf availability

Conduct product segmentation to ensure shelf availability and correct replenishment strategies
Lead root cause analysis and lead improvement teams with continuous improvement tools and mindset
Support finance in developing latest estimates and 3-year plan for assigned portfolios
Partner with the HUSA Customer Support Managers to review stock levels and determine weekly order strategy
Lead monthly supply review meetings in the S&OP cycle to review performance KPI's, deployments and escalations with assigned breweries and local cross functional team
Track forecast accuracy and report against targeted levels
Create reports illustrating current forecasts and past forecast performance

As a SONIC Drive-In restaurant General Manager, you are indeed a generalleading your troops in a never-ending campaign to give America an infinitely more delicious food service experience. You will be involved in training and supporting drive-in restaurant employees, ensuring that food is delivered in a clean, safe and efficient manner and our customers have an excellent experience.
Essential General Manager restaurant job duties are listed below:
Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/ Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards
Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
Prepares employee work schedules; monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to restaurant staffing levels
Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels. Places orders for food, paper and other supplies within cost control procedures
Completes and maintains all drive-in restaurant employment related records and payroll records
Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests. Reports guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints
Interview and hire restaurant crew and management team members to achieve proper staffing levels
Prepare all necessary operational reports. Develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends
Develop and implement a marketing plan
Additional General Manager Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision
Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts (or 4 day workweek guaranteed) including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic accounting and computer skills
Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC

The incumbent is responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of large software development projects and custom-off-the-shelf (COTS) projects from initiation through implementation and is responsible for the management and coordination for all communications with the stakeholders, providing leadership to junior team members. The individual is an integral part of a cross-functional project team and works with business partners to determine and translate business requirements into robust technology solutions. This role requires the incumbent to apply advanced project management standards and methodologies for the HHS system development lifecycle, ensuring that technology aligns properly to organizational goals. Degree in related field is required.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience working for mid-large organizations, is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Certified Scrum Master preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience may be considered. Understanding of software development life cycle models, as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management practices. Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency using the Microsoft office products. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and
